    Our home was damaged during Hurricane Ian, and it has been a very trying ten months getting any satisfaction from our insurance company for repairs. We called for a mold inspection from the StoneCrest Team. The time between the call and the actual appointment was quick. Max inspected our home, taking three samples and multiple infrared pictures. He was friendly, honest, very thorough, and professional. The samples were grown for many types of mold and fungus. After approximately six days, we received via email a thirty-one-page report. The report contained instructions for hiring someone to remove the mold, how it should be removed, and follow-up procedures. Also were graphs, charts, and an extensive amount of pictures. Everything was professionally written and enabled us to forward it for insurance purposes to our representatives. My husband called Max, asking which company he would suggest to remove the mold. He gave my husband the company's name, called them for us, and forwarded the report to them. We wholeheartedly recommend the StoneCrest Team to anyone looking for their services.

    The experience I had with Max and his team was one that I will never forget. The knowledge and understanding that he showed me was so beneficial to me and my family as a CIRS Patient. Which was something very useful and helpful to me. He was so professional and broke everything down in a way that I would be able to understand. He was so patient and always willing to answer any question I had at the time and even questions thay I may still have today. He showed me things that I need to fixing and told me the areas that I need to watch out for. So they won't cause a problem in the future. He provided me with cleaning tips to help me keep my home safe and healthy for me and my family. Max and his team are truly a blessing to me in more ways than I can say. I would definitely definitely recommend them to anybody. And I would definitely use them again in the future. " I pray that blessings may come in abundance to them". And that they will prosper in all they do.
