      On 10/24/22, ************************* and I went to purchase a 2015 ***** Silverado listed for $48,000,on line. We didn't get approved that day. On 10/26 Wed, we went back to purchase the vehicle cash. ******* and I were treated terribly by the salesman. We arrived at 4:30 and were told that someone else was coming to take a look at the vehicle, that they were in contact with the sales lady and she was waiting until 7:30 to make the sale. I stated to the sales manager that we had cash to purchase the truck, his response was "sorry" someone else is coming. I asked the sales manager, was there any paper work started on the truck, witch he stated 'the guy was in contact all week and they were gonna wait on him. I called ***** the salesman that helped us on Mon and stated to him everything that had taken place. ***** left from home to see why they didn't want to sale us the truck. ******* and I meet with *****, and he stated that the guy never filled out any paper work to purchase the truck and that the other sales lady was going to see if he can get approved. We waited until 8:30 p.m. then Finally we were told we can purchase the truck, the man didn't get approved for the loan. I feel we were treated poorly, we were over looked as if we couldn't afford the truck. We paid cash $52,000 for the truck because we really wanted that one. We were a little upset about the situation that had taken place. I felt they wanted to make sure the caucasian male had the opportunity to purchase the truck before us. I feel we were charged to much for the vehicle even with paying cash. The truck has a certified pre own warranty from the dealer and already had to be put in the shop. The cost was $3000 to fix and when contacting ***** Center. **** the service advisor stated they weren't going to fix the truck under the warranty. The dealer couldn't have serviced the truck or they would've found the problems that Seminole ***** Had to fix! We've only had the truck two months and problems already!

      We went in the middle of June and traded a car with the lien. The sales person Assured us our lean would be paid off within 10 business days pursuant to ** Stat. 319.24(5).well we're sitting at three weeks and it's not been paid off yet. The sales person told us that once they took ownership, it was up to them when it was paid off, he said that we would not have to worry about the payment. I called the bank, and they literally laughed out loud and said That is not true. The bank said it is true That in ******* They have 10 business days to pay it off. I assume this is not their usual business practice though. So, now we have two car payments. I don't know how to get them to pay off the lien. I have filed complaints with The Florida ************************** with the *** consumer complaints department, and with ****************** of agriculture consumer division. I have emailed them, I have talked to the sales person face-to-face, And this morning I finally finally had to reach out to an attorney. Do they think they just have all the time in the world? No they do not. There are laws protecting consumers from this situation. If you go to the dealership, I do not recommend a trade-in because they will lie to your face about the payoff and you will end up with two car payments Until they decide that they want to pay off the lien, which YOU are on the hook for. Also, they texted us to ask us to bring the car back in for a FULL detail, Which we did. That was a JOKE. Got the car back, drove down the road, DUST An inch thick on the dashboard. For those reasons, I do not recommend this dealership. We will be going back to REGAL Chevrolet for all of our service needs in the future.

      The vehicle was purchased on June 15, however we were able to get better terms reducing 6 months off of the loan which required a different contract to be singed, and was done on June 22. As that was over a weekend, the contract was mailed in on Monday the 24th. Once the contract was processed with new loan provider, the payoff of the trade in was made in full to the lien holder. We could have left the original contract in force, however we try to look out for our customers to get the best terms possible. We apologize for any delay in the payoff, but the loan of the trade in was taken care of and paid in full. In regards to the cleaning of the vehicle, we are sorry it did not meet your expectations. We will review with our detail team, and hope to provide a better cleaning next time for you.
