On 12/22/2021 Me and my boyfriend ***** looked at a Vehicle from Multi Cars 116 Snively Ave. Winter Haven Fl. 33880.The sales lady said we could not drive it because it had a bad tire. But she herself drove it and it drove well. She said we could start it up and listen to it run. I asked her about the tires some more and she assured me that was all that was wrong with the vehicle and the tire shop across the street probably had a tire. It was late so I told her I was coming back in the morning after I check on the cost for a set of tires. I came back the next morning at 11 am to Multi Cars 116 Snively Ave. the Mazda was still there so I asked her some more about the car and she told me it has a one owner and she knows for a fact because he bought the car from her. He was a mild manner man who was easy on the car just did't like the faded paint, and like she said she drove it her self with no problems. So we go to start the vehicle up and it don't start she assures me it's the battery just the cold she says it zaps the battery. So she has a jump box and jumps it. And it does sound good no noises. I check all the lights blinkers and brakes lights ect.. So I decide to buy it since its the one owner and runs so good according to her. Well I decide to buy it and take it to the tire shop. The tire is banging on the vehicle so loud and coming apart I'm beginning to think how in the world did this lady begin to drive this car at all and how long. Once the tire is fixed the vehicle drives more smoothly But when we go to crank the vehicle it goes click well it does this a time or two a day but it's Christmas and no way of getting in touch with the owner. We even look under the hood to discover she didn't tighten the cables so we think this is the problem. We tighten the cables. Well it;s still doing it. So we buy a new battery and put it in. Its the starter is whats wrong. She says shes going to ask manger to sell at cost but they won't even make good on starter. thanks.
