I am having an issue with a company by the name of CorporationWiki.com. I formed a new business (CareTech Health Group, LLC) in May of 2022. This particular business lists, sells, and shares business / personal information. I was informed by an employee that my full name and home address was listed on CorporateWiki.com along with a business profile created by CorporationWiki.com. In August of 2022 I reached out to CorporateWiki, I submitted an automated OPT-OUT request to have my Full Name and Home Address removed due to safety concerns. I was sent an automated response stating the information would be removed. It is redacted on their site but it's clearly visible in search engines. The only contact information listed on the website is [email protected]. I emailed the company and CC'd my attorney, I received yet another automated response stating, the company doesn't read all emails received. My safety has been compromised due to the negligence of this company. Which has caused me to file a police report. I want my personal information removed immediately or I will pursue legal action.Initial Complaint

Corporationwiki has posted my home address on their website! It is not the business address, and now my life and the life of my child is in danger! I have a stalker and I'm afraid for my life. CorporationWiki published my information without my consent. The information they are publishing about me. Mr. *********** is subject to and precluded under the California Consumer Privacy Act (hereinafter "CCPA"). Mr. ****** is among the class of persons protected by the CCPA; as their business falls within the parameters of the CCPA, and therefore, their business has an obligation to remove my personal information. Further demand an immediate cease and desist of the publication of untruthful or inaccurate and incomplete information to the public. Their continued dissemination is in further violation of CA Civil Code §1798.150.Initial Complaint

This compan's website corporationwiki.com publishing my personal information. On top of it, they are selling my information to anyone who is searching for information about me. I did not authorize, nor did I give permission to sell my information. I requested removal and not posting any of my information on corporationwiki.com and any of the websites affiliated with this company Sagewire Research LLC. Despite all my efforts, this company keeps populating searches about my information. I have been harassed multiple times by individuals who posted inappropriate comments on my social media and more. I demand this company remove my name, any names affiliated with my name from any researchers on corporation wiki.com and ANY other websites this company may run. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I am a physician located in Houston, Texas. Corporationwiki lists my private residence/home in 2216 Bellefontaine St, Houston, Texas, as the place where several companies were located, and this endangers my life and my family. I have tried several times to remove my address using their opt out option unsuccessfully. I am planning to spend a considerable amount of money placing a lawsuit against them, if I cannot get them to remove my private home address. Corporationwiki.com list a Jim ******** as a former Vice President of my company (Quickrunner, Inc.). He has never been employed by my company. I want his name fully removed from my company association. The cirporationwiki.com site does not provide a way to remove incorrect t information such as this.Business response

Corporation Wiki has used my personal name, which is not a business or a legal entity in the following URL************************************************************************************* This information is a risk to myself and my wife and children. As it can be directly associated with my home address. I have filed to have my personal name removed from any online existence and yet it still remains on the URL provided. Corporationwiki responded to the prior complaint as follows: "The records are being removed as requested. Please note that you can use our self-serve options to remove people and addresses:" I accepted this response as the URL with my personal name (not an entity or business) was remove from the web. A few days later my personal name and a company name resurfaced in this URL -******************************************************************************* This is very dangerous as the home address of my young children and wife can quickly be located with these two data points. This is a liability that is unacceptable and needs to be permanently addressed by corporationwiki immediately. I would like their assurance this cycle will not repeat. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Hello, I am trying to remove my information from ********************************************************************************** My home address is on the website and when I click to "edit" i cannot remove the address as the link does not pop up. My safety is at risk, and I have someone who is of threat to me. I need the address removed immediately and their "Opt out" is for non-business only. I have called the number on file, and it is disconnected and I do not see an email address to reach them for this issue. Thank you for your help.Business response
