Dear Fields BMW ***********,I brought my *** X7 in for repair at Fields BMW *********** on January ******************************************************* the airbag system, which I was informed is a factory defect. I was told that the necessary replacement part was ordered from *** and would have to come from *******, but there is still no estimated arrival ******* addition to the lack of a timeline for resolution, I am paying the full lease cost of approximately $2,000 per month for a vehicle I cannot use. Initially, I was provided with an inadequate rental car, which was only replaced with a *** X3 after repeated complaintsan inferior model compared to what I am paying for.I recently contacted the dealership for an update and was told that the manager would call me back, which has not happened. Given this situation, I urgently request:1. concrete timeline for the arrival of the part and completion of my vehicles repair.2. Financial compensation or an adjustment to my lease payment, as I am paying for a car I cannot use.3. A replacement vehicle equivalent to my *** X7 until the issue is resolved. If an appropriate response and satisfactory solution are not provided, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter and consider other necessary actions. I would appreciate a response regarding this case.Sincerely,*******Fields BMW

part is on backorder from the manufacture, part has been released, *** shows 2cd week of March, customer was offered a rental vehicle instead of a loaner to accommodate a larger vehicle and he declined. Customer is more than welcomed to contact *** customer relations, this is not the dealers fault, we follow the manufacture guidelines and procedures.Review fromSean W

Tosay is September 25th. I had my car towed to *** on August 15th.. was told it was a cas module issue.. so it took them a month to replace the cas module. I called several times to get any updates about my car.. nobody wanted to answer. Finally get ahold of service advisor *******, who was absolutely disrespectful to me.. talking over me and raising his voice at me when I was trying to talk so I hung up on him. Within 20 seconds he calls me back and tells me " go s**** myself" he's not working with me any longer and I can find another advisor. I immediately call back to speak to a manager and the manager says " if he was provoked, he had every right to act the way he did". Last I checked that's not how you handle customer service. Well turns out the cas module wasn't the issue.. they said it was the steering rack.. my warranty company said they called the dealership on Wednesday September 25th at 12;30 in the afternoon and spoke to ******* (the same disrespectful pos that I had an issue with the previous week) informing him that they approved the part and labor. Nobody from the dealership called and told me they were ordering the part. I get a call on September 25th from service advisor **** telling me he got the approval from the warranty and that they can't order the part til Friday the 27th. Why the part wasn't ordered the day the warranty informed them that everything was approved is beyond me. I have spent over $1500 in rental car fees since august 15th because the dealership don't want to give me a loaner car. Now my vehicle is going to sit another week while they fiddle their thumbs. I will never go to this location again and I heed anyone thinking of going to this location.. DO NOT. Unless you're okay with being disrespected and ignored. My next step is to get the state attorney general involved. I'm absolutely disgusted with this *** location.. based on other reviews I'm not the only customer that feels this was about this locationFields BMW

we are working with his extended warranty, he has a warranty that does not cover rentals, vehicle is out of factory warranty and not eligible for loaners, his repairs were authorized and will be completed in a timely manor.Review fromRafael P

Very disappointed with the service department. If youre thinking they are any different than the other brands, think again. Theyre just as dishonest if not worse. I was misled into letting them to replace my windshield under the understanding that the insurance was going to pay 100%. To my surprise, they overcharged over $900 more than the insurance reimbursement, and refused to make any adjustments to the charges after I pay them at front in good faith. My advice to the public is to use them only for factory warranty jobs.Fields BMW

Horrible service experience yet again. Automatic seat belt mechanism broke. Dealership said it was not a warranty issue in my 2 yr old 2021 430i w 12,000 miles. They said it would cost $850 to fix it. I went back to the dealership (because you can't call or email anyone in charge) to speak to the service manager who was in a meeting and was given his telephone number. I called, left a message and was never called back. I received a text message from a different person who claimed to be the service manager asking about my experience several days later. I texted back re this issue and never heard back. I found a local body shop to fix it for $360. This should have been a warranty covered issue. This is not my first bad experience with both the service and sales departments. I have been a customer of theirs for 21 years (8 leases) and I keep hoping things will improve but no way. I will never do business with this dealership again. Beware.Fields BMW

This was escalated to the BMW market team, the customers concern was reviewed and the seat belt was damaged not a warranty matter per BMW, I reached out to the customer to offer goodwill assistance and he stated he went to already had the car fixed, when the manufacture declines a repair we follow procedure. We tried to assist but repairs were already made.Review fromAngelica M

On 11/7/23 I finally got a callback from Robert and scheduled an appointment for the annual service for my 6 series BMW on 11/18/23. At the end of my conversation with Robert he said I was all set and just be there on the 18th a little before 7:30 & he would also be there. When I arrived at the service center , nothing had been done! No service ticket had been opened, and the warrantee company has not been contacted. I have never received such poor inadequate service before. I had scheduled a day off from work to attend the appointment Needless to say I was very very disappointed and upset ?? about Robert's lack of service. This was the second time in dealing with Robert that he has provided poor inadequate service. I wasted my time & had to reschedule the appointment. I won't ever deal with Robert Jones ever again!!!!! His lack of professionalism cost me time and money needlessly. I will be contacting the corporate office and his manager. I had dealt with other luxury vehicle service centers and I have never received such poor inadequate service like what I've received from Fields BMW service center.Fields BMW

I called to get an appointment, the person I spoke with advised me to come in as an "emergency", my coolant light had come on. I came in early the next morning, and was there approximately 4 hours. The very worse customer service I ever received in my life. Also, each time I come the service tech find a number of issues, all different. They were replacing my coolant, then they said later, we need another$ 997.00, because your water hose needs replacing to. They made up issues, to get additional funds from you. I recently had an oil change, and other items repaired. Approximately 1 month later, my coolant and water hole is leaking and needs to be repaired. You could think they would have seen this initially. On 11/16/23, I spent over $2,000.00. I believe I was truly taken advantage of. I was just in the dealer the week prior. after waiting for hours, they could not find my car. It appears that it was chaotic there. I looked for the manager, he was not available. I left, approximately 10 minutes later. I get a call from the manager. I informed him, that at the time, I was driving. I was too upset to speak with him. Also the last time I left my vehicle for service, when I received it back, a light was on, which was not on when I bought it in. The tech, said oh, we can get it off, for an additional $229.00. The light is still on, I will not be returning there ever. This was at Fields BMW in Orlando, Fl. Let me add, I have others in my family who go there for service as well,, 2019 x3.
