May 8th... Wow, complete failure! Justin the Manager is one of the rudest Managers I met at any restaurant. I called the restaurant prior and asked if I can bring in a desert and was told yes just ask for the Manager. From the moment I encountered Justin, he gave me bad vibes and when I dropped him off the desert what he said was rude at best. The first comment was. "I cannot guarantee the desert it will be delivered" and "You know we sell deserts, here". It was like I was a bother and he would NOT follow through. And, the desert was never delivered. I dropped off deserts at many restaurants and all of the other restaurants were more than accommodating. The party that went and I will NOT go back because of Justin.

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2022/06/16) */ Ms. ******* booked a private party on 4/19/2022 for a wedding to host 20-25 people on 8/18/2022. She signed a Private Party Contract (attached) with a non-refundable $500 deposit to hold the room for her event. She contacted the restaurant to cancel several weeks later. When she was reminded the deposit was non-refundable, she stated, they did not care and wanted the refund. We offered to provide $500 in gift cards or to change the date. Neither of these solutions satisfied her request. It is necessary for us to uphold our contracts just like any other company.
