      I have been a member of Global Travel/Rezervco for 20 years. The service provides an IATA number for booking trips as an independent travel agent. Often, additional information is required when booking trips. I have called Global Travel multiple times to get the login information for the travel industry booking sites Cruising Power and Espresso. On the rare times I have not been disconnected (4 times today alone and multiple times in the past two decades) I spoke to a *** today who told me I had to pay even more money than the $199 I am paying annually which is supposed to cover EVERYTHING. I'm so frustrated and will not be paying them even more money for items I am supposed to have access to.

      We do not grant access to Cruising Power/Espresso as it allows all users under the agency to view all bookings made under the agency credentials.  We do this to protect booking information as well as passengers personal information for all of our members.  Members have the ability to make cruise reservations via their agent website,  contacting our internal travel sales team or by calling the vendor directly to make the booking using the agency CLIA number.

      I cancelled my membership via the website.  The membership started 9/1/24.  I was charged the $199 on my credit card on 8/10.  I have put the amount in dispute.

      Hello,

      The rejection states they disputed the renewal of their membership.  It did not include any response from them on the information provided on how the member is able to book cruise reservations.  the membership shows an active dispute therefore we are unable to proceed.   This should now be closed.

      Good morning,  We see one travel reservation in our system for this member.  We have not yet received any commission from the travel provider.  In order to pay the member any commission we must first receive the commission from the travel provider.  If there are other items this member is expecting payment on they will need to provide us with the information for us to research.

       

      This person became a member in Feb 2024.  The membership is passed the refund period.

      I am rejecting this response because the supplier informed me that the commission was indeed paid. According to their (*********************************) message,"For PNR: 2QUSYW & 4FVGDP, we have processed ACH to the host agency for $214.00."

      Additionally, I want to clarify that I have attempted to contact Global Travels (***** ******** <***********************************************************************************************************>, cc: **********************************,********************************************************************************************************) over 10 times. On the second attempt, ***** responded, stating that she needed to consult with management on this matter.Despite several attempts via email and phone, I received no further responses.

      I also made it clear in two separate emails that if the issue remained unresolved, I would proceed with filing complaints to the appropriate authorities. Even after this warning,I did not receive a response. If this business were operating honestly, they would have addressed my concerns.

      I have noticed numerous similar complaints across various platforms. The company offers perks for signing up but fails to deliver them after customers request access through their portal. There is an online form to submit these requests, but no confirmation is provided, leaving no proof of submission. I resubmitted the form to capture the request for proof a second time. (for $75 Gift card voucher & 5/4 vacation certificate that was offered when signing up with one payment that I did).

      I can provide screenshots and the entire email chain as additional evidence. Based on my experience and the patterns of behavior I've observed, I believe this business may be fraudulent.

      We communicated with Mr **** regarding these issues.  For the gift card item it was explained to him as it is written in the terms that he opted for a ***** discount on the membership cost instead of receiving the gift card.   He was sent the other promotional items he requested.

      He was informed of when we received the payment from ******* and he was paid the commissions due to him they were paid to him on 8/28/2024.

      I am not certain as to how this would be considered unresolved.

      On June 6, 2023, I paid $199.00 to Global Travel / Rezervco for a 1 - year membership as a travel agent including 5 days 4 nights trip to *********, ******. On June 14, 2024, I paid another $199.00 to renew my annual membership as a travel agent. Global Travel / Rezervco did not communicate membership renewal no longer includes 5 days 4 nights trip to *********. I attached example of Global Travel / Rezervco website saying buying an annual membership gives access to Mexico vacation. Notice it says, "Plus get a Mexico vacation." I will like Global Travel / Rezervco to honor what is in writing on website "2 for 1 membership sale! Buy any annual membership and get one. Plus get a Mexico vacation." If Global Travel / Rezervco is unwilling or unable to what they are saying on their website, I will like a full refund of $199.00.

      Hello,  With our membership program The 5 day 4 night vacation certificates are for new members only.  They are not an annual benefit.  ******************* received his 5 day 4 night vacation certificate when he became a new member in 2023.

      The certificates provided with new memberships state in the terms that they are a 1 time benefit and additional certificates may not be provided or used by the holder or any direct family member or member of the household.

      ******************* has purchased multiple vacation certificates through other programs over the years however those provided with new memberships clearly state they are a 1 time benefit.

      Hello,  Once again the 2 for 1 with a Mexico trip is for new memberships only not renewing current members which this customer is. Additionally this member is not eligible to use a Mexico cert as the company that fulfills them will not permit it as one has been used at some point by this customer.

      I have been a commissioned travel agent with GTI for 30 years. The last couple of years the member customer support provided has is not fulfilling the promised support agreed upon. I have been trying reach a manager to address problems with member benefit support. The company blocks you from reaching any managers and they will not return calls to members to address any issues. I've had commission issues, promised perks for upgrading membership that I did not get and getting support when you need assistance to handle any problems. I'm complaining about the service to its member agents that makes money for the and the unresponsiveness of manager to address my commission issues.

      Good morning,  Our system shows this person contacted us via chat in August about the vanity name for her member website which was set up at that time.  We show 5 additional contacts between Nov - Dec asking to have her member website password reset.  We have a 14 day money back guarantee on memberships.  Additionally we did not receive any promotional redemption requests for the vacation certificate which is how members are to redeem/request these items.  We will have our fulfillment department send the certificate to her today.  We are unable to refund this membership as it is 6 months outside the time to receive a refund.

      I still am not able to access my account with my requested password. They added my number and highlighted thiers on my IDEA for destinatio.nweddings.globaltravel.com website they sent me access to my Vacation, It requires me to call and they gave me my access number. They did Not put my ID card on my webpage. I am not completely happy. I wish to travel on my vacation with no problems and make sure they cancel me by my renewal and DO NOT charge my card for I WILL NOT RENEW.I lost my Trust in this company.

      This company is a scam!!! First year I spent $199 on a basic package never received free trip or id cards. They offered little to no training ******** videos). I never received any discounts on travel except discount I could've gotten on hotels.com (sometimes that site was cheaper) for free. The next year I wanted to cancel my membership was was told I could not if I wanted my commissions for my vacation I booked. I purchased the membership on on November 26, 2022 and if it is truly an annual membership then it should not have renew until November 26, 2023, which was well passed the time I would have gotten my commissions. All the things they tell you that you will receive you don't seems like fraud and a fake company. They're a total SCAM and should NOT be in business. I received NO trips, NO commissions, and NO refund. I want my refund! I have made several attempts to get my commission and refund with no response or response with broken promises.

      I see this member has done a chargeback for the cost of her membership therefore we are unable to process a refund.   Additionally the reservations that show commissions due  have a travel date of Nov 2023 and our commission  payouts takes place 60 days after travel is completed and the vendors have paid us a commission this would occur in Jan 2024.  Per our terms in order to collect commissions you must be an active member and due to her disputing the charges on her membership on Dec 6 2023 she is no longer an active member. 

      Member would have to remove the chargeback with her credit card company in order for us to process a refund for her.

      I am rejecting this response because the vendor will still give your company the commission owed to me. If the company will process my refund asap and pay my due commission, I would be happy to remove the chargeback. Unfortunately, I had to request a chargeback from my credit card because Global Travel was giving me the run around. Also, I spoke with a customer service representative this morning and was told I would get a call back within the next 10 minutes from the supervision and 6 hours later, I am still awaiting this call. I am owed over $400 in commission for vacations I booked while being a member there and deserve my money.

      *************** spoke with our team on Jan 23rd.  She did a previous dispute via her credit card company which she lost as she was outside of the refund time frame.  She contacted us and asked to have her membership reinstated since she lost the dispute and was outside the refund time.   There is no refund due for this membership.

Since then I have been contacted countless times via phone calls despite requesting to be added to a do not call list, both verbally to a person and through their automated prompts, on three different occasions. The calls still continue. Simply put, I do not wish to ever be contacted by Global Travel International again. I feel terrible for your representatives as this behavior is without question turning prospective agents away from doing business with your company.
