I placed the order online, but it was declined. I called back on Thursday, February 10th at 12:38PM for 20 mins, again spoke to Lisa, then I conferenced 3-wayed with ***** who transferred us to**********. ********** said they had everything they needed and ended the call. The one thing was that Lisa indicated that Lee Roads Fax was down, and had been for several days, but left instructions with********** to contact Winter Park's fax, and they would send it over to Lee Rd. I called 407-636-4900, which is Winter Park's main line. I spoke with Dr. A***** who I explained everything to, and he was not aware that Lee Rd fax was down and that was news to him. He said to check back later to see if they received a fax. I got another email from ***** that the order was cancelled on Saturday February 12th, 2022. I called ************ on Monday February 14th at 5:02PM for 5 mins, spoke with a new lady who said that it was her first day as a fill in at this clinic, but she talked with********** and that everything had been taken care of, and the order should be going through soon. Once again, my order was cancelled on February 16th, so I called ************ on Wednesday, February 17th at 8:02AM for 9 mins and spoke to the some lady who may or may not be the same person I spoke with previously. who said that Lisa no longer works for the company and she doesn't know anything about the order, and that there was a fill in Vet - Dr. A***** at Winter Park.
