    The agents/customers representative are in my opinion very unprofessional. Details: Back in Mid-October, I tried to contact them by phone several times without any luck. Homeowner Policy that I have with them. I was sent to them by my realtor. After searching for additional information, I found the agent email address Michael J. **********. I sent email on Oct 20,2022 with the attachment document that needs to be filled out. On the 24th of October I received an email from Ammy Olvera stating that they could not fill out the form. On Oct 24,2022 I replied back to her stating that the insurance company sent me to my agent. That maybe she can forward the documents to citizens insurance since, I didn't have any contact information to send it. Days later, I sent her (Ammy) another email doing a follow up on the documents that I needed. I even asked her for the contact information so that I can do it myself. Today is 11-21-22 and no reply back to both emails that I sent her. I called the agent number today and no answer like always to leave a voice message. I did. The moral of the story is that the agent gets paid a commission for the policy but doesn't want to service the policy. At least I was able to figure everything out as to the contact for insurance and send the documents myself, as an agent they need to assist with the policy with their clients. New, Old, Big or Little Policy. I will request change of agent of record or cancel the policy. Very unprofessional.

    If I could give them a zero star I would. The first year in 2018 Isabella was great, she left and it all went down hill from there. Ammy is the worst of the worst. I asked her a month before my Homeowner's Insurance renewed to get a new homeowners quote because my dwelling was undervalued. For two weeks she kept saying she was waiting for quote. Lie, I have sold insurance and takes 24 to 48 hours. Then my insurance renewed undervalued after me emailing her again and again and again and the fact they don't answer their phone. I then filled out the website form asking for the owner of the agency to call me. Ammy called me and said she never got the new quote for renewal. She was not apologetic, more robotic, I was obviously bothering her. She said the owner wouldn't be back for a couple of weeks. Ammy did not care that she didn't take care of the quote, nor do her job. So she flat out lied and didn't care. I don't even know why they are in business if they don't want to help customers.
