    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Papa ****'s for their inability to deliver an order to my address, despite previous successful deliveries, coupled with a lack of response from their customer service.Details of the Incident: Did not Deliver Pizza as ordered and paid for Date of Incident:July 2, 2024 Order Number:1142218171 On [insert date], I placed an order with Papa ****'s delivery to my home. Despite having received deliveries from this same Papa ****'s location without any issues, the delivery driver was unable to locate my address on this occasion. This resulted in my order being cancelled without prior notification, leaving me without the meal I had paid for and anticipated.Attempts to Resolve:First Contact:I reached out to Papa ****'s customer service on [insert date] to report the issue and seek resolution. I was promised a follow-up but received no case number or further communication.Second Contact:On 7/3/24, I contacted them again, reiterating the problem and expressing my dissatisfaction with the lack of response from my initial inquiry. Once again, I was assured that my case would be looked into, but as of today, I have not received any form of resolution or even acknowledgment of my complaint. Case number **********. I also called on 8/16/24 and spoke with ****** asking to escalate.What I Seek:Acknowledgment:An official acknowledgment of the issue from Papa ****'s.Resolution:I am seeking either a full refund for the undelivered order or a voucher for a future order, along with an apology for the inconvenience caused.Impact: This experience has not only been inconvenient but has also significantly diminished my trust in Papa ****'s service reliability. The lack of follow-up after my attempts to resolve the issue has been particularly frustrating.I trust that the Better Business Bureau will assist in resolving this matter. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss how we can move forward.
