Had my daughter's car towed to Boe's on May 17th for diagnosis. Was told head gasket was blown and would cost $3000-$3200 to fix. And also replace the dual fan. My husband was in contact with ***** weekly. On July 6th my husband got a voicemail saying the car was ready and the cash price was $4,600. Not one time during those seven weeks that they had her car were we told that the price was going to be more. My daughter picked the car up on July 7th drove it 20 minutes from Bo's automotive to our house and the car ran hot.Had we known it was going to cost more than what we were quoted we would have not had it fixed. We never signed any paperwork or seen an estimate. The only thing we got was a receipt for $4,300 when he picked the car up because they knocked a couple hundred dollars off the price.Business response

******** had car towed in and it ran hot we checked it out and found head gasket issue after getting car apart and cylinder heads to machine shop and check. Machine shop had to rebuild the cylinder heads completely and charge us 1295.00 to repair the heads and a charge of 600.00 for cooling fan assembly which was bad that caused the problem. So there was additional charges for them parts.Car was back together and drove before returning to customer after car was pick up they said it was running hot we pick car back up and check over and drove it around with no problems returned to customer which they haven't had any running hot issue since.Would have no problem talking to ********* and resolving any problems are question.
