    I took my car to Goodyear on February 18th to have repairs done to it. Upon dropping my car off I did not sign ANY paperwork, they did NOT ask if they could drive my car & I didn’t give them permission to. They fixed my car on February 18-19. After fixing my car, on February 19th they test drove it, while driving they got into an accident. They didn’t even call me to tell me about the accident until almost 24 hours after it happened. When **** the owner called me he was extremely rude and uncaring, stating he would get me a rental car the following Monday asking “what do you have to do this weekend?” When I told him I would need a rental car that Friday. He went through his insurance to get my car fixed and made every decision about my car without speaking to me first & never asking how I would like to handle this (I.e having the insurance pay the body shop instead of writing me a check). It has now been almost a month without my car and he is expecting me to pay the FULL $1505 amount for the repairs they did on my car. Now my car is depreciated in value so I am loosing even more money. He has not offered a discount or been compassionate at all he in fact has been extremely difficult and rude from the beginning. I don’t think this is fair

    The owner reached out to me and took care of the bill
