    Ben ******, the owner, doesn't stand behind his work. I hired him to construct my metal building. I put him in contact with the manufacturer because he had questions regarding the plans. He quoted me a price of $6400 which included installation of two overhead garage doors. He also told me it'd take 3-4 days. After he started he told me he had to increase the price by $1,500 because of no plans. We were backed into a corner so we agreed. Well, after 3-4 days the job wasn't nearly completed. He said he had another job that he had to do... so we didn't see him for over a week. When we addressed this, that he said 3-4 days, he threatened toi walk off the job. He made one excuse after another why it was taking so long. When he was finally finished, almost three weeks later... he left open gaps in the siding that he never sealed. A few days after he left, one of the overhead garage doors got jammed. I called him. He told me he was very busy and it'd be 4-6 weeks out before he could do anything. To call an garage door company. When I did, I was charged $250.00 for the repair. I sent Mr. ****** the invoice... and he refused to pay it. "I didn't offer you a warranty" was his response. Then he blamed us for trying to hold him to 3-4 days, having no plans, etc. On top of this, we never received a copy of his insurance prolicy or license. We didn't want to pull a permit. However, as a licensed contractor he has to. He never did. He is not someone I would recommend. He lacks integrity.
