Hello, my name is Mark, an honorably discharged disabled Marine Corps veteran who’s been living in Zephyrhills for many years now. I discovered Patton EstateSales and I waited till Sunday the last day when everything is fill a bag for five dollars. I filled 17 bags and was told $175. When I asked why Phil‘s wife got extremely disrespectful, aggressive, and insulting me in front of many other people when I said I would not overpay she started demanding I place every item back on the shelf where I found it well obviously I stormed out of there and when I asked Phil, why his wife acts like that he said she’s trying to make money too. Please beware these people act nice but they are in it for the money and they overcharge. Thank you for your time and consideration, Mark U******

you apparently have the need to voice your opinion on this matter wherever you can fine to make this issue bigger then it was.  
I am not sorry for displaying a negative response to how you made the last day of this sale all about you and that we should bow to your need of more discounts then what we tried to help our clients.  Your responsibility is to only acquire as much product in as low of price you can,  so you can sell it wherever you want to make a profit.
Our responsibility is to sell as much product as high as I can for my client.  You lost this bid buddy, and to be angry and cause grief is the only way you can handle the situation as you peeled off in a congested area at our last sale. 
 A marine would not have done that.  And I promise you I know many.  Valor isn’t in your instincts or compassion and it saddens me that you feel the need to holler the 14 years of service with bad knees to think that would make it all right.  My prayers are with you as you try to figure out what life is truly about.  I know it’s not about money as I have lost my son at the age of 22 therefore my pain over powers your need to be cussing and continuing to make sure my business is affected by whatever pain you are suffering. You sir, are never welcomed at any of our sales.  You do not have inner love for others just for yourself.

This company humiliated me and my wife terribly at their sale. We walked into the sale and began to browse around for about a half hour or so. I gathered a few items and began to look around for my wife when I was approached by a lady asking me if I had a number. I told her I did not have a number but was looking for my wife. She proceeded to follow me through the sale berating me loudly while I looked for my wife. When we found her, the lady asked her if she had a number. She did not. The lady, again, loudly marched us outside while continually loudly berating both of us. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life! I tried to tell the lady we did not know we needed a number and wait in line because there was no sign on the door nor was there an attendant monitoring the doorway. We were embarrassed and humiliated and felt like the situation could have been handled professionally by simply explaining calmly that we needed to get a number and wait in line. Instead, they chose to humiliate and strip their customer's of their dignity.

I'm tired of this company taking advantage of our neighborhood. They are using a house in the neighborhood as it's free flea market sale! I watched them bring a trailer of used furniture and boxes of other items. I'm assuming it's for this weekend. 3rd estate sale in the past three months. It's like a monthly flea market where obviously isn't from the estate they are having the sale at. They are bringing outside goods to sell like a monthly flea market. The neighbors have to wait to get out of there house because of the backup in traffic. Company is taking advantage of location and it's not right.

We were hired to liquidate a customers personal home and the contents of her 2 storage buildings and 4 Booths she has because of retirement and
moving back up North. Any prior sales she has had was done by herself, not our Company.
The neighbors retaliated against us by parking in the street leaving their driveways empty, putting up
Empty trash cans on both sides of this dead end street which caused the traffic to not flow securely and safe. They made it hard for a fire truck, police cars, and any type of emergency vehicle. There was no turn around and with a customer who is picking up a pierce of furniture, they made it impossible to
maneuver. Instead they called us names, yelled out
and did not care about human kind. They called the police and the police said we were not doing wrong but that they are contributing to the havoc and told them that they can not block a dead end street. That it is not their street, it is the city's street. We had only one 3 day sale, and have only one left to help this lady go on with her life and allow the new owners
to start working on this home so in the future of their neighborhood will possibly better. Work with your Neighbor, do not make things worse. She has every right to have people come to her home through our company to sell her personal items. If they were in need of an Estate Sale Company, I assure you they would be happy to retain a company to help liquidate their personal property.
We make people park on one side of road, we put flags and cones up, we don't allow people to park in driveways or in front of mailboxes or yards. But it's hard to do what we normally do when both sides of the street beyond the home that is having an Estate Sale is lined with the neighbors cars, trash cans and rope.
Shame on them.

We estate sale every weekend, my wife's furniture business is a big part of our lives, Val and her staff are always pleasant, call us by name and will work with our budget in most cases to where everyone comes out happy. They work with our pick up schedules and are just plain, good people. Highly recommend you try them out.
