The underlying cause for the majority of our complaints is our previous owner Frankie Lane Ammons, he did not address our customer issues nor did he try to rectify them therefore we had a surplus of upset customers. Our new owners have been working diligently to contact these customers directly and help resolve any problems they may have. Our CEO created a new email "[email protected]" for customers to contact him directly with their issues.
