      I wish I can give zero. The entire process is very stressful and I wish I didn't even go to the site. On 1/9/24, I ordered a massage chair with Affirm financing with a total price of more or less 2600. Affirm financing will cost me more than 3k. Unfortunately the same day I saw the same massage chair in ****** for so much less money so I canceled right away via email and phone call. Sleep Galleria customer representative even offered me a better offer but I declined. Many calls and email but no refund and Affirm is forcing me to pay and I had to or it will affect my credit score. Even worse they will not respond to my emails and even seems that they blocked my emails as my later emails were rejected. Also they blocked me from customer phone number so now I can't even tell then to ship the item now as I'm already paying the loan. Sleep Galleria needs to be sued by many and needs to be placed in public shame.

      Inexistent post-sales customer support While ********************** went above and beyond to get me as a customer and sell me a king size mattress, the same is unfortunately not true for their post-sales support. I am trying to file a warranty claim for a mattress I brought thought them that is showing significant sagging, but when I called the store they would tell me I have to go straight to the manufacturer because they dont work with this vendor anymore. The vendor (*****) would refuse my claim saying it has to go through the vendor. Everytime I called SG I was giving a different email to send my claim to, none of them were responded. In the meantime, I am sleeping in a very uneven mattress...

      STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!! Ordered mattress on 02/21/2024. $3,025.42. It is now 04/11/2024, I have no mattress, no tracking number, no email response, no chat response, no phone call answers or returns. Me and my bank are fighting to get my money back.. *****

      I never received my $6K chair. They would not respond to emails, or answer the phone for over a month and a half. Had to go to my bank and file a fraud claim to get my money back.

      This company never stood behind what they promised. When came to delivery lied about the dates was 3 weeks beyond delivery promise. When came to physical delivery they lied to what delivery company said about us receiving the delivery we never had discussion with delivery company and when I did get hold of them said never made comments as to subject another lie by Sleep Galleria was promised refund of partial delivery service will not stand behind promise now .

      If I could give minus 5 stars I would. I purchased my mattress on January 2nd expecting it to arrive within 3-5 days. It is now January 19th and I still do not have it. They cannot tell me when it will be delivered or why it has been delayed. They will not allow me to cancel my order or refund my money. I will never shop with this company again.

      They delivered a ****************** chair (later than expected) that was not set up as claimed "white glove delivery & set up". Luckily that part of it was "Free" as part of the discount because it didn't happen. Once we set it up, it didn't work. There was a mechanical malfunction in the head rest and the heat function did not work. Also, the massage function does not reach lumbar region. When I asked them to pick it back up they said they had to schedule a tech to come out. **************** at ********************** was not transparent. When you do get ahold of them the connection is horrible. No one has called me back. I wrote a complaint on their website that did not show up. So it looks like they have their site set up to only record good reviews not honest reviews and there is no place to leave a ******** review.This company is dishonest. They have no business running their business online. Anyhow, I called Svago to explain my situation to try and get some answers there, because Sleep Galleria said that they had to submit my claim with ***** directly and ***** told me they could not get involved because Sleep Galleria had their own return policy (that so far they are not honoring even though three different salesmen from Sleep Galleria told me that if I did not like the chair for any reason that I could return it easily) So, in my experience never again Sleep Galleria and Svago. So now I have this malfunctioning $4000 chair that I just want to return for many reasons and no one is getting back to me. OK. They just responded and even though on the first page of their site it says "Free Shipping and Free Returns", and i was told personally on the phone that by whomever answered their customer service line that said if I didn't like the chair for any reason that I could return it, that my product was not returnable. After 5 calls today...Terrible company. Also, One of the main people that I spoke with today said that the brick and mortar part of it is not involved with onlin

      Never RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE BUT CREDIT CARD WAS BILLED. Spoke with customer service on several occasions with no resolution. Continue to say that the inquiry would be sent to a department that processes refunds. Finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and am waiting a resolution. Please do not ever order from Sleep Galleria-- its such a sad and disappointing purchasing experience. Their website will convince you to order...please do not.

      I placed an order for a Massage Chair on their Internet on June 9, 2023. About 10 days later, I emailed them to find out the status of my order. They responded promptly and said that shipping takes normally between **** days after they receive the order. So I waited about a week and emailed them again requesting a status on my order. No response. About a week later I emailed again, requesting a status, but this time stating that if my chair has been shipped, the provide me with a tracking Number AND if it hasn't been shipped, that cancel my order and refund my money. Again, no response. About a week later, I emailed again with the same request and again no response. Since I paid through PayPal, I then filed a complaint with PayPal. about a day or two later, I received a tracking number. But there was no data from that tracking number. About a week or so later, I decided to file a claim with my credit card company. they reimbursed my full amount in about 3 days. But guess what? On AUGUST 2, 2023, my chair arrived. So I recontacted my credit card company to inform them that I received my chair. My complaint with Sleep Galleria is not too much on the late delivery, but very, very, poor ***************** lack of communication and they are not forthcoming. My neighbor wanted to order the same massage chair, from this company, but I persuaded him not too. AND like the other reviews ahead of me, I gave them only one star because I had too.

      I placed an order with this company and Im regretting it. My first order vanished into thin air, no one could find it. I didnt fret, I re-ordered everything and confirmed that it was received. The online portal said I would have it by the 17th of July. The headboard came, the frame came, but no mattress. I called again and they told me I would have information about my delivery date **** days from the day I ordered it, but that had passed so they said another 2 business days, and that passed and still nothing. I called back and they said because of the 4th of July holiday yall were backed up, but I should have a follow up from a manager in 1-2 days. That didnt happened so I called again and requested to cancel; they said the manufacturer had a breach in its cyber security and everything was delayed, and that the only manager they had was gone for the day and she would call me back first thing in the morning and that I couldnt cancel my order until after I had received it and had it for 30 days. I told her I wanted it cancel and some return labels to get the frame and headboard back to your warehouse. She said ok. The next day came and no call, so I called back and was left on hold until someone hung up on me. I called back and was placed on hold for 10 mins, and then the call dropped again. Now Im emailing them to cancel my order immediately and send me the return labels to send this back to them. I still have no information on when Ill get the mattress. After this experience, I will not be doing business with your company ever again.
