On April 15, I purchased a 2012 ********** Tiguan from Cherokee Auto Sales. I paid about $9100 for the vehicle which was sold to me dirty, without a warranty offer, and required expensive repair. On April 17, a check coolant warning displayed on the dashboard. On April 18, I added coolant which leaked onto the ground after starting the vehicle. On April 20, ********* performed a cooling system pressure test to pinpoint the source of the leak. Test results indicated leakage from the water pump. On April 21, ********* determined replacement of the water pump required a specialized tool not possessed by their master mechanic and referred me to a VW repair shop for servicing. The evening of April 21, my car overheated reaching over 250 degrees. Fearing damage to the motor and the risk of causing an accident, I left my vehicle at VW's service center the next day and rented a car for transportation to/from work. VW replaced the water pump and programmed the radio unit on April 24 to the sum of $1,488.46. On April 25, I spoke to ***, Cherokee Auto Sales manager, in person seeking recourse for repair work. She was insincerely apologetic, uncaring and not helpful. She stated their mechanic could have performed the work and the vehicle was not backed by a warranty. Repair work, however, could only be performed by a VW specialist and I was never offered a warranty. Even more frustrating, I saw a CarGurus email alert about a $1000 drop in the vehicles price after I purchased the vehicle. Had I not purchased the vehicle, it would have sold for $1000 less than what I paid. I ask that Cherokee Auto Sales "take action" and please provide reimbursement in the amount $1000 or a negotiated amount. Reimbursement will help me recover $188 in Enterprise rental fees, repair expenses, and the car wash cost. 2012 ********** Tiguan SE with Sunroof and Navigation, Hooray, the price dropped for this car! Price drop, $6,995 $7,995, Mileage: ******* miles, *******, **

Bought a 2021 Ram **** from Cherokee Auto Sales. Truck was misrepresented and previous damage was far, far worse than disclosed; As soon as it was delivered, discovered it had severe existing mechanical issues despite being told it was "mechanically sound no issues". Yes, I was stupid for buying it online and not checking review on the dealership more closely. But they were very dishonest about the condition. Will be filing lawsuit so hopefully others will be aware of their tactics.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE ******!!!I purchased a 2013 Camry from them with an advertised price of $9995. The sales person when entering numbers entered the price of the car as $11572.44, when I asked about that, she claimed "bank fees". I let her go ahead with her false bank fees, maybe it was legit ... After speaking to an attorney, this is by far a crock of ****, such as this car lot. My attorney told me to demand that they sell me the car for what is was advertised at, and after no response from ********************* (office manager) or ************************* (owner), I emailed them back to let them know I havent heard from them and needed to hear something today or I would involve my attorney, this rude b#@*^ told me, "I signed the paperwork and to do what I needed to do"! So game on, attorney is on it!! Save your time and money and go somewhere else to purchase your vehicle. This place has no business even doing business!! ******, everyone in this place is a ***** and a *****!! You can see they have 1.62 out of 5 stars, that should tell you something!!

Well in the beginning I was happy with **** but after my son made his 1st payment on his 2016 ***** civic 2door very nice clean looking, and now it is making a noise and keep shutting off.my husband calls up there to speak to someone about the car making a loud grinding noise and now not working.Of course like all car dealerships ask didcu purchase warranty. I'm not purchasing no warranty for you all to put bandaid on and I have to keep coming back.. The smart **** tells him bring car up there but we have to pay for service,so we just purchase a 20k dollar car that after 1month isn't working now we are stuck with car note, car insurance and now trying to figure what's wrong with car. At least be considerate of your customers. It's hard out here I chose your company out of many other dealerships. But there's no empathy no feelings for us.I called **** to tell talk to her i left 2 messages for her which she claims she never received. Then said she would ask her manager what could be done and call me back and never did..it's the principal for me we are keeping food on your family's table but you all are taking from ours very inconsiderate and very unprofessional .stop selling these raggedy cute cars.Customers beware DONOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED....*****************************

I purchased a vehicle on 09/13/2022 at Cherokee Auto Sales in ******* ** . It was a 2016 **** Fusion listed on the website and out of mouth by the sales person for $7,995. we were only paying $500 down payment so we agreed to stay under $10,000. We signed the papers but when I talked to them about coming in to sign the reassignment papers they reminded me when his payment was due and it did not make sense to me and looking over the paperwork she put $13,995 instead of $7,995 for the price of the vehicle . And lied about the down payment, she put $2,500 and we only paid $500 and we have an invoice receipt to prove it and I took screen shots of the cars advertisement . When I called to ask her about this, she rushed me off the phone and told me they had customers to tend to and tried to say that I didnt know what I was talking about and that total was after the fees.

Ive been waiting to hear from *** the manager for a month a half now. They sold me a vehicle that has timing chain problems. I failed my emissions so I dont see how the dealership passed emissions a few days prior. I bought the vehicle June 5 and I had to go back by June 8 because the vehicle kept stalling. The mechanic hooked it up to the computer and the code for timing chain came up. We went back several times only for them to give us the run around. The owner is very rude and disrespectful.

We found a car on the website we wanted to purchase. I was so excited I drove there the next day ready to hand them a check for the asking price and drive away. When I arrived I was informed the car didn't have a motor. Not only was this not mentioned in the posting on their website (a pretty important fact to leave out), but a photo of a motor in the car was included in the pictures in the posting.Clearly a bait and switch tactic. I wasted 2.5 hours of my time chasing down something that didn't exist. How is that not false advertising?Used car sales have a reputation for being sneaky and underhanded and Cherokee Auto Sales, you are doing nothing to change that.Anyone who is thinking of purchasing anything from this business should think twice and go else where. They wasted my time and I'm pretty sure they'd waste my money too if I'd given them half a chance.
