    I canceled the service on August 1st, 2024 and requested American Disposal to pick up the bins the same day. They refused to pick up the bins immediately and scheduled the bins to be picked up on September 19th, 2020. Since my account has automatic payment set up, the continue to charge me the service for August and November. I called the billing department and was told that they would refund the money charge after picking up the bins. The bins were picked up on September 19th, 2024, yet no schedule refund has been made. They even sent me another bill with the charge of 75 dollars for period of August 1st to October 31st. This company intentionally makes it so hard for customers to cancel their service. I want to (1) contest the charge of 75 dollars and (2) request the refund of 175 dollars charge of forward period although I already canceled the service.

    American Disposal Services regularly fails to pickup the trash and/or recycling as scheduled. Most recently this occurred this past week. They still charge for the service even though no service was rendered, which is theft. The fact that they are habitually billing people for a service they do not provide suggests this is May amount to some kind of fraud.

    I cancelled service effective 5/31/24. After multiple calls and emails I am still waiting for them to remove their containers from my property.

    I am a new customer signed up in June , 2024 in *********************. They told me July 1 first is the pickup day trash, recycling and Yard waste.July 1st: Trash not picked. I called the office 3 times that day 10 am, 12 pm and 4 pm and everyone is telling me it is assigned to a supervisor and is taking care.July 2nd: No Morning Show, so I called the office 3 times 10 am, 12pm and 4 pm said the crew supervisor was taking care of it and it was assigned to two trucks for pickup, waited and they didn't show up.July 3rd: No morning show, Called the office and Mr. **** the supervisor told me will call me back. Waited till 12 pm with no one calling me.July 3rd: So, I decided to go to the Office at *************. I got there and I met with Supervisor **** at ******************** at 12 pm. That was 12pm Wednesday day before 4th of July. I asked is this how you service a new customer? He apologized and confirmed to me the pick will be TODAY( July rd).July 3rd: 4pm, I called the office saying nobody showed up yet the representative said you are on schedule for today SO THEY ARE COMING TODAY.July 3rd: 6 pm and No show, trash and recycling still are on the curbside. The sad part of that story is the 4th of July is tomorrow and my trash and recycling are sitting on the street in front of my house. Is this how American Disposal treats their new customer? Tomorrow the 4th office is closed and they are working on Friday the 5th. I will make another try on Friday 5th, hope I can update this

    I have cancelled the trash collection service roughly 2 months ago, yet the company has not picked up the trash containers after 8 weeks of requesting they be picked up as part of the cancellation process. They keep scheduling the pickup, but it never happens and this has been going on for 7 weeks.

    American Disposal Also known as Waste Management has not picked up recycle for the month of April even though they have been paid. When calling they tell you that they will pick up within 48 hours and it's been a month. When asking for a manager there is never one available. This is causing unwanted wildlife and health concerns. I need a refund of services paid they they did NOT Fulfill. I have tried being patient but I shouldn't have to pay for services that they are not doing. I need a refund ASAP so I can find a real trash company.

    I pay this company because I have no other choice on who picks up my trash. They consistently never pick up the trash though they are being paid to perform this service I send them texts telling them that they missed the pickup at my address and they still do not come pick it up my trash my neighbor's trash and other people around me their trash is still sitting out by the road our pickup day is Friday it is now Wednesday night they still have not bothered to pick up the trash I have complained to them you try to call them but they never answer their phone I cannot get anybody to answer anything any of my texts I'm tired of paying them and them not doing providing the service that I'm paying them for

    We understand your frustrations completely and apologize. I reached out to our ADM who stated we will return tomorrow(customers service date). A conversation will be had with the driver in the morning to get information on why only one side of the street is being serviced and remind the driver to pickup both sides of the road. The driver must confirm by text that both sides were serviced. I will send you further communication to the email we have on file on the credit amount to your account.

    I was contacted by a representative of the company, they were extremely nice and very helpful. It turns out the number I had been given to contact about missed pick-*** had been changed therefore explaining why I was not receiving any response.

    This is the company that services my trash, and they only provide 50% of the service that they charge for. This business is actually a scam and should not be allowed to provide services to the citizens of this county or any other county.

    Terminated their services on 2/21/24. Was told they could not remove their container until 3/08/24. The container was placed at the end of my driveway for removal on 3/08/24. Removal did not happen and subsequent numerous emails to them have only resulted in numerous broken commitments to remove their container!! As of 3/18/24 their container is still sitting on my driveway and there have been no responses from the company!!!!!!

    I am writing about trash bin removal from my property by the Waste Connections of ******* Company, formerly American Disposal Services of *******),Because of their poor quality of service, repeated delay of removal of trash and their monopoly of service in our area, it was impossible to hire alternative services until recently.On December 15, 2023, I was able to hire an alternative trash collection service. I stopped service with American Disposal and was given a date of December 27th when their trash bin would be collected from my property. They failed to remove it.They gave me another date, December 28th, when it would be removed. The bin was not removed. This has gone on repeatedly for almost every working day in January. It is now February and the bin is still on my property.I have talked to **************** over the phone. I've sent emails to ****************. I've researched and found the General Manager, ***********************, and emailed him to no avail.They were suppose to remove the bin again yesterday, January 31st and failed to remove it. I've emailed ****************** again *************************************************** today requesting removal.This has been so stressful. I have no other recourse but to put in this complaint, Are you able to help with this situation?Thank you. *************************

    The system sent notifications for removal on Tuesday, 1/30 at 1:53pm (by text and email). The toter was not curbside or visible on Wednesday, 1/31 at 7:45am, see picture attached.  Customer called back in on Thursday, 2/1 to be rescheduled. It is on scheduled for removal this Thursday, 2/7.
