    I went to Mr ********************* The jets on the car wash broke parts in my car mirror and they refused to fix my car mirror.

    Customer stated to manager that his mirror was broken by the jets in our carwash. Upon inspection, the mirror was in working order and had previous damage that was visible.

    Customer was holding a metal piece that he stated was blown from mirror while in car wash. Customer said he heard the piece break in car wash.

    My question was how did you "hear" such a thing.... this car wash is very loud.  Second, how did you retrieve the metal piece from the car wash without going into it, which is not allowed.

    I did listen to and rejected this customer's claims.
