    Parts diagrams are world class and made it easy to find parts for my 40 year old quad. The parts came nicely packaged and individually wrapped in factory suzuki bags. And at a better price than ******! That's not an easy feat.

    I ordered a part and paid extra for expedited shipping and it didnt even ship till the day it was due, and they said they wouldnt do anything for me. I explained how it gave me the delivery date and everything. so they ripped me off and still havent received my part. Horrible customer service and they wont honor their mistake or refund the service i paid for!!

    Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent order. We have reviewed your order and show the item was not in stock at the time the order was placed. The item was ordered from the manufacturer and received on 04/21/25 and was shipped the same business day. The package was delivered on the 2nd business day on 04/23/25.

    Our expedited shipping is a 1-3 business day delivery time frame after the order has shipped. This time frame does not include the time it takes to receive parts in from the manufacture if they are not in stock at the time of purchase. . We do apologize for any delays and hope to do business with you in the future.

    I gave one star because there's no option for zero, twice I've paid extra for expedited delivery, twice they ripped me off, that's stealing no matter how you look at it, that'll be my last order with them and I'll make sure I let anyone else know that may do business with them

    We have reviewed your two recent orders and found that there was indeed a delay with the carrier on both of these orders. Due to this, we have issued a full shipping refund on both orders. While one order did already have a partial shipping refund, we have refunded the remaining shipping on that order as well. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refunds to appear in your account. We sincerely apologize for the carrier delays you have experienced.

    I absolutely love partzilla. They always have everything that I need and the best part is it’s OEM quality parts that you don’t have to worry about being some cheap knock offs. They sell high-quality parts with cheap shipping and in some cases free shipping. They have exceptionally fast shipping, I have purchased Lots of parts from them overtime and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. This is an excellent company with high-quality staff. I’ve spoken to the Customer Service representatives multiple times and they’re always extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to always do business with this company. I have completely restored and rebuilt, multiple jet skis using OEM parts through Partzilla, and at the end of the day, it wasn’t even that expensive because I was able to order everything down to the last nut bolt and Washer that I needed, it saved me so much time and energy.
