    The ******* **** ********* ******* ******* ** **** ***** **** *********** *** ****** hired Mr. Robert T****** the owner of 3 Brothers Contracting and Handyman Services of Albany Ga. Mr. T****** was hired on **** ****, 2024, to install laminate tile in the Kitchen and Dining Room area of the ********* *******   A contract was drawn up on ******** *, 2023, between the two parties, ***** ** ******* and Robert T******, which outlined that Mr. T****** would be paid $1,250.00 to start and $1,250.00 once the job was completed. In the contract, Mr. T****** offered a (5) year guarantee on his work. In mid-May of 2024, it was brought to my attention that the laminate tile had begun to buckle in various places in the Kitchen floor. The issue was brought to Mr. T****** attention about the floor. He stated that his truck was in the shop and that he had no transportation to travel back to Blackshear. Mr. T****** stated that his truck would soon be repaired, so that he could come back to *********** **. Several days passed and Mr. T****** did not respond to any of my phone calls or text messages. I texted and called him on Wednesday, *** **** * ******** *** ***** There was no response from Mr. T******. He has yet to call or text to resolve the issue with his work. Mr. T****** has failed to stand behind his guaranteed work and repair the laminate tiles, which has only been approximately 3 months since he installed the floors.
