    On or around [insert exact purchase date if known], I purchased a 2017 ****** Tundra SR5 CrewMax 5.7L 4WD from Southern Auto Imports Alpharetta for $25,993, after viewing their listing on ************. The listing described the truck as amazingly clean, road-ready, garage kept, and loaded with options, with no major defects disclosed. Based on the dealers online representation and verbal assurances, I completed the purchase remotely from my residence in **********, *******. The vehicle was delivered to me by a third-party wrecker.Upon delivery, I immediately discovered numerous serious defects that were not disclosed and which directly contradict the dealers representations:The back seats were not attached to the vehicle and could not be safely reinstalled because the mounting brackets/clamps were broken and missing entirely.The rear door panels were missing, exposing the interior mechanisms.The rearview mirror was completely missing.The windshield was cracked, and the brake pedal lacked a brake pad.The front grille was broken, and the passenger-side bumper and fog light were damaged and non-functional.These defects were deliberately concealed and not visible in online photos.This vehicle was misrepresented in both condition and safety. Had these issues been disclosed, I would never have agreed to the purchase. The dealership has not attempted to resolve the matter, and I believe they intentionally misled **** am requesting a full refund or, alternatively, a full repair or substantial partial refund to address the damages and misrepresentation. I have retained evidence including photos, videos, the CarGurus listing, and dealership communications. I am also filing a complaint with ******** and other agencies as needed.

    I purchased a 2010 ****** Prius from Southern Auto Imports on September 18, 2023. I was told that my title would be sent to me by early November so I could get a permanent license. I still have not received a copy of my title. I have called the business numerous times and left messages for them regarding this, and they have not responded. I need my title to obtain a permanent license plate. Also, this vehicle was injured by another driver in an accident on October 16, and I cannot process the insurance claim without the title.
