    Hello,I am an agent with Hegemon Group International. I sold a policy for a customer and the commission from the sale was paid out to *** on the 20th of March. The sale has also been logged into their system, but they still haven't given me my commission. Not only have I sent out two tickets trying to get the matter resolved, but I have also called multiple times. There still hasn't been any communication from my agency. This is frustrating because agents like me need our commissions to survive. They need to pay the money that is owed to me as soon as possible. Thank you. -******* ********

    *** is aware of Mr. ******* ********* commissions' payment which was due and he was paid on Tuesday April 15, 2025. His payment was sent via the Automated Clearing House (***) banking system. The *** payment system can take up to two to three days in clearing to his bank account. We suggest to Mr ******** that he contact our back office in the future if there is any similar issue, which we can research these types of inquires much quicker. We are sorry for any delays but he has been paid. Thank you.

    ******************. I have reached out few times to them regarding resignation and get no reply or correspondence. They give you high hopes about building your financial business but do not tell you this is a pyramid scheme and goals are hard to achieve.

First, allow us to explain that *** is an independent marketing company, which offers a number of insurance products through our insurance agency and through a large network of independent affiliates. *** is not any so called Ponzi scheme as you allege, which infers fraud. *** offers insurance solutions through our independent agents and pays commissions and overrides according to the regulatory body's rules and regulations that oversee our industry, as certain licensing is required, and under the Associate Membership Agreement (***) that ALL ASSOCIATES SIGN upon affiliation. You signed our ***, which clearly discloses what we do and how we operate. We have never had such a claim in our over 10-years in business of fraud, so there is obviously a misunderstanding of what we do and dont do. Our customer reviews are among the highest in the industry, and speak for our integrity. *** is also in a highly regulated industry that we comply 100% with all the state and federal rules and regulations.     please see attached proof of resignation ticket I had submitted a week ago. You say you are a legitimate business. What kind of business doesnt have phone access for agents to reach out corporate office. I have left few messages on the ** and advised my upline I wld like to resign and need resignation letter so I can get contacted by carriers with the new company. I know *** was assigned my ticket and still had no courtesy to respond to my request. My complaint stays as it is coz you are a multi level ponzu scheme. Quick to get people to sign up but no corporate support.

    *** has over ****** associates and like any large organization, *** has a process in place that accepts resignations and other issues, which *** has through our back office. Also, ***'s Associate Membership Agreement (***), again a document which you signed, clearly states *** does not release any of its agents from our carrier appointments. Whenever you submitted your resignation, the system has posted accordingly. Therefore, you were terminated whenever you posted your resignation and your team was also notified. We sincerely wish you the best and are sorry your time with HGI was not to your advantage but as with any opportunity it takes your commitment to make a difference.

He said you signed up on your own and went through the registration process like all of our associates do.     Now to address your refund request. During your registration process, you signed HGI's Associate Membership Agreement (AMA) on August 18, 2024, which clearly states our nonrefundable policy before you made the one-time registration payment. Here is the exact quote from the page you signed: "1. Membership in the Sales Force"; "The new member, having paid the required initial Registration Fee, which he/she acknowledges and agrees to be non-refundable under all circumstances, agrees to become a HGI Associate and to abide by the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth in this agreement." Therefore, our AMA fully discloses our non-refundable policy prior to you making any payment. We also show that you logged onto our system on both 8/18/24 and 8/19/24.

    Just so you better understand what we do, here is a concise overview. HGI offers both part time or full time independent contractor opportunities with a business system called the Leadership Format System (LFS). We train people on how to use a financial needs analysis tool to get to know and help protect individuals and families and teach them how money works.  If interested, we also show you how to run your own business utilizing our LFS, which is what you were exposed to by the independent agent you mentioned. We would suggest you utilize the wealth of information in our back office and you may be interested in our business opportunity at a later date. If you do not want to continue with HGI, please let us know here or send an email through our system to that effect. Either way we hope this better explains our position.

    she was sitting opposite to me and she had a laptop in her lap , there was not table in between

    she never mention to me verbally or showing me her screen about the disclaimer any kind of non- refundable

    she is running bad practices and getting away with money and i like to bring it to your attention and putting your business in a bad reputations
    when you purchase any thing or any services and if that is non- refundable

    should legally displaying or verbally mention during the registration to client.

    when you buy non-refundable airline ticket- they Clearly display in writing or if you call they tell you verbally before you buy the ticket

    this is exactly my complaint about this company.

    i never get this opportunity and you need to do some thing about this  bad fraudulent practices and fully refund my $199.00

    We do not agree with his explanation, as we researched his claim, and the person in question has no financial benefit in misleading this person. Our Associate Membership Agreement (AMA) clearly states our non-refundable policy. We are sorry that they were disappointed with what they purchased but they had access to all of our material and back back office system. We are more than happy to reactivate them so they can have future access, but our policy stands as it is clearly expressed in our AMA agreement, which he signed. We wish him well, but we cannot refund his one-time fee.

    I was approached by Hegemon Group International (HGI) rep to buy the membership.I have paid fees 199$ for membership due to false information from the representative, they gave false information about the company and I realized that most of my friends complain about this company and its like a ponzi scheme to trap people similar to Amway. When I realize I have asked them to cancel & also raised a ticket in their portal and reaching out to them. They didn't cancel my membership and didn't refund 199$. I even raised dispute with credit card still not resolved.

    We have no record of a *************************** in our records. If this person enrolled in HGI he or she would have been given a code number, so if they will give us a code number, we would be able to better respond to their specific situation. Also, please be aware that anyone joining HGI signs our Associate Membership Agreement before paying our one-time registration fee. In our Associate Membership Agreement, it clearly states that we do not refund our one-time registration fee "under any circumstance". This is very clear before anyone makes a payment. In addition, our independent agents have no motivation to mislead anyone, as they get no monetary benefit from enrolling someone into HGI. We have enrolled over ****** associates over the last 10+ years and have too many favorable reviews on the BBB site to list to prove our good intent. We are also not any so called ponzi scheme, as we are a fully registered insurance agency and an organization that was founded to help families and individuals prepare for better days ahead. We work through an independent network of affiliated associates across the U.S. and operate with the highest degree of integrity. We suggest this individual use this opportunity to learn more through the many resources afforded to him or her in our back office and all they need to do is give us their HGI code number and we are happy to reactivate them in our system.     I am a licensed producer and have joined HGI IMO years ago. I have many clients where I sold ************** products via HGI. After paying initially, HGI is no longer paying the renewals commissions which it was legally bound to pay. They keep changing policies without any formal notice or agreement. As a producer I am supposed to help clients every year, but if HGI is not paying why would anyone do that? This illegal and HGI is a complete rip-off. Someone should seriously investigate into their practices.

    I was told to attend a session to get some investments or policies information. After a session or two I was asked to make payment on a video call with no option to refuse and I was told very clearly it will be refunded in case I do not wish to proceed .     HGI is a marketing company that offers a vast array of products and services through an Independent network of affiliates. Our affiliates do not receive any compensation from the one-time registration fee you are referring to in your complaint. First and foremost, HGI nor our Independent agents cannot force any individual to do anything they don't want to do. Furthermore, in your registration process (see registration Screenshot that is attached), it clearly states our one-time fee is "Non-Refundable And Non-Transferable" before you make any online payment. Since your join date on May 10, 2023 you have had access to all of our proprietary information, industry training and educational material in our back office called *********. See Attached Documentation.

    As stated in all our paperwork that is clearly disclosed, we do not refund our one-time registration fee under any condition. We suggest that you take advantage to the tremendous resources in our back office and a business opportunity if you wish to pursue.

    I have read all the clauses stated by them and also read quite a lot of other requests stating the same . If no one is profiting from the registration money then why even charge it during a video session ? If the associates are not profiting from the registration money why do they manipulate new joiners into paying the fees and then give assurance that the money can be refunded if we do not wish to proceed . 
    Firstly - why would anyone pay if they know the amount is refundable ? 
    secondly - why do you guys have to do it during a demo session and on a video call putting the other person in a situation where they cannot say no ?

    Thirdly - Why do they do it during a session and not send the details over email or text ? Theres no option to record them saying this that the amount is refundable in case we change our mind . 

    The associates are trained well to force people to do registrations . And upon complaining the business just says that everything is clearly mentioned in the clauses .

    HGI does not manipulate anyone, under any circumstances. In the signup process, it clearly states that there are no refunds. In fact, it clearly states that before you enter your credit card, so there is no credibility in your statement about being mislead about a refund. You cannot be a victim if you can say no, which is obvious the case here, you can always say "NO". We tell all our agents that our one-time registration fee is not refundable. We spoke with our agent and they deny making that claim. Sorry for your misunderstanding but clearly this is not due to anything HGI did nor our agent to cause you any confusion.

    Your response did not answer all my questions . 
    1- You are saying that the associates dont manipulate anyone to register since they do not profit from the registration fee . Then who profits from the registration fee ? Do you think every single victim out there is a fool to pay registration fee only to realize later that its refundable ? How can every single new associate miss to see that in the contract ? Its only because no one is allowed to read it during Webex meeting and they just make you click next . And you do that because theyve already told you that its refundable ! If you know a person first hand and they tell you that the fee is refundable , why would you act smart (which I shouldve been ) and force to read the contact infront of two people on a Webex video meeting ? Isnt it the same pattern being followed for every single new ****** !!!!???

    2- Why would anyone register for something they are unsure of ? Unless clearly they are being assured that the registration amount is refundable in case we do not wish to continue . 
    3- I went through the chats before raising a complaint and realized nothing was ever said on messages and everything was said over calls or videos so that theres never a proof of a word later that your associates say . 
    4- I was told its a business opportunity and I will profit if I become a partner . Everything was so misleading just to manipulate me in the process to pay the registration. 
    5- Its not a business investment, its clearly a money making business for gHGI . Barely anyone takes their policies or insurances . 
    6- No where during the signup process do they show /read the contract , they pretend to show us that they are guiding us but in reality they are making sure we dont read a thing . 
    7- They have clearly made a fool out of me like others and if its such an authentic business , why not share or discuss things over messages ? Why all the conversations are held over calls or Webex video meetings ?

    Without *********************************** consent, a Hegemon Group International insurance policy was taken out. Upon months and months of asking the Hegemon Group International insurance agent, ***************************** (License # ********* for copies of the policy, to understand the terms, ******** has blatantly refused to provided copies. Months later, upon questioning, ******** stated that he doesn't know the details of this policy, as his wife *******************************, is the individual who prepared the policy and created the terms. *******************************, is not a licensed insurance agent ******************************* inquired many of times with *******************************, who is also *********************************** mother, about what policy she created. ******************************* has responded in anger and is now refusing to answer *********************************** phone calls.It is also suspected that ******************************* made herself the beneficially of this life insurance policy. ******** gave consent and allowed an non-licensed ******, to practice under the jurisdiction of ********'s license. ******************************* does not have copies of the terms. This is a gross example of insurance malpractice.

    My wife was approached by Hegemon Group International (HGI) salesman to buy *****************************. She paid fees 199 usd for membership due to false information from their representative **********************. ******* gave false information and I am not supposed to join and she mislead her to join. We are a reputable company that provides an important service to many people across the U.S., so we take these situations very serious.

    It is unfortunate that you were not present when your wife (*****************************) met with the Hegemon Group International (***) independent Associate (*****************************) you mentioned in your complaint, when she decided to join ***. I have confirmed by this independent Associate, and others present, that your wife was very excited and she freely chose to join *** and pay our one-time registration fee. Please note that our independent Associates do not make any money from someone joining *** and paying our one-time registration fee.

    I was also informed that you texted and called the *** independent Associate in question the following day repeatedly complaining that she lied and misled your wife, which according to this Associate you were also belligerent and quarrelsome. The *** independent Associate asked you to put your wife on the call to ask her if she felt that she was lied to and misled, which you declined.     I am rejecting this response because: I dont agree with this response from *******, I did not decline talking with my wife. She made a false story even did not explain what product or services she will be dealing. Even I joined evening call with her team Mates ************************* and told him my clear request to get refund. As my wife was working I asked ******* to share details of company and contact to talk for my refund. She even did not disclose it. I have all whats app chat for stopping all process and all my request. I can share if someone wants it. 

    This is surprising and kind of loot if you are forcing to use your registration which we do not want. I am only interested in refund. In US every product or services works in this condition where you can change decision if it was taken with confusion related to product and services. I checked there website does not have any information, its totally a spam.

    If my money does not get refund I will make every effort to expose this companies reality.

Therefore, I suggest ***************** do whatever he wants but it may be wise to reconsider his/their position and learn about the many benefits that *** offers. We are open to helping the Kolekar's and they also have access to many unique resources in our back office, which are invaluable and well worth the nominal one-time fee that was paid.

    Additionally, please note that our nonrefundable policy is clearly disclosed in our Associate Membership Agreement (AMA) that was electronically signed by ***************************** on October 30, 2022. Our AMA discloses this understanding before anyone joins our organization and pays the nominal one-time fee. Please review page one of your signed AMA under "1. Membership in the Sales Force"; "The new member, having paid the required initial Registration Fee, which he/she acknowledges and agrees to be non-refundable under all circumstances, ****** agrees to become a *** Associate and to abide by the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth in this agreement." There is nothing further we can do for the Kolekar's but we wish them well in the future and hope that they will reconsider their position. Best wishes!

    I am rejecting this response because: I still dont believe he is agreeing to ******* side instead of helping me refund my money. I saw similar issues raised on BBB by others. We do not want to use their financial services as they are of no use to us. 

    what we want is our money back.
