    My bobblehead looks pretty good head-wise, but some of the other standard items could have used a bit more attention to detail. My name "sticker" is falling off, the paint for the shoes, pants, and shirt are running into each other and there is glue showing where the head connects to the body. This was a gift from my company, so I'm okay with the craftsmanship, but I would have been super disappointed if I would have been the one spending over $100 on this item. Timing and communication over the course of the last couple of months have been great. I've been updated throughout each phase and notified of approximately how long the process would take.

    This company has the worst communication I ordered bobble head 11/9/22 Still do not have Made in ***** not *** Now manufacturer in ***** closed for 2 weeks for their new year I replied to email they sent about trying new manufacturer with questions no answer called Mr ********************** no call back Requesting refund lets see what happens

    Warning - They have changed vendors and this company is absolutely awful now. I have ordered close to 20 of these when they used another vendor which was excellent. Since changing, no words to explain how terrible they are! 1- 3months to get the bobblehead 2- hair looked like medusa (snakes) 3-they don't paint the name on base anymore (it's a label sticker) 4- bobblehead.com right? NO they heads don't even bobble!
