      These people are rude and unprofessional ! I have called up there twice in regards to my mother who has dementia to find out why they put something on her credit report for his Littles $200 and they act as if they it’s such a secret. When are you trying to do is fix some thing that they put on my mom‘s credit report! Worst company ever !!!

      Interesting when you call to make arrangements to try to pay the debt that they say you owe? I need to show proof of all guardianship POA medical power of attorney for just a little $200 for someone that I know who is extorted my mom and it belongs to him. This company is rude, unprofessional and I asked to speak to a higher up and she hung up on me. Is that how they’re going to do business? How do you expect to get this taken care of when they’re not willing to let you talk to someone higher up. Unprofessional company.
