    Stop cleaning my wife's teeth.We paid ****** per cleaning. Now we would have to pay $600 - $1000 per cleaning and still would have to make an appointment if something is wrong with her teeth with Clearchoice. No dentist we contacted has the tool to remove her teeth.

    We recently lost our center hygienist and have not been able to replace her.  We have tried to hire but have not been able to find a replacement.  Those patient that were being seen here have been given alternative options for their hygiene until we can start seeing patients again.  We now have someone in place to see hygiene patient and I will reach out to the patient to get them scheduled.

    I have contacted Clear Choice and have an appointment on 11/06/2023 for consultation in which they only got me approved for 2 loans to cover the expense 1. $20,000 from Proceed and 2. $9,700 from the lending club. I did not get any consultation with the doctor about the procedure, so I went to my existing Dental doctor who suggested that the procedure Clear Choice wanted to do would fail due to my pre-medical conditions which I informed them on 12/4/2023 and wanted the money refunded to the lenders. They have refunded $20,000 to *************** but kept $4000 from the lending-club loan of $9,700 which is preposterous to charge that amount when not even the first free consultation was done as promised. I would like Clear-Choice to refund $4000 as they have not performed and done any procedure to me by any doctor or nurse, I feel their intentions were just to collect the money from Cleint and do a procedure which was due to failing with suffering.
