    I went to Elite Heating and Air in *********** for Air Duct Cleaning. Though it is on their website they told me they are no longer doing Air Duct Cleaning and to go to, "The Mad Hatter." I went to BBB, and the title of this is, "The Mad Hatter Air Duct Cleaning/Chimney Cleaning." I used the BBB quote form. The Mad Hatter came back to me and said that they no longer do Air Duct Cleaning. It is a fact that, "The Mad Hatter," website no longer advertises Air Duct Cleaning. My ********** gave me another name to try, and it has been 2 weeks that I asked for a quote with no reply yet. My wife wants the Air Ducts cleaned...It would be best if BBB changes their title of the business to, "Chimney Solutions," as the services offered website is stated. There is also, "The Mad Hatter," that sells fireplaces, yet the Air Duct Cleaning is no longer a service these people offer.

    Best grill and fireplace product selection in metro Atlanta! They have everything! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff!Also, an extremely qualified and trustworthy crew for chimney sweeping or fireplace installation.
