On 3/14/2022, *********************** created a BitPay business account. In order to send invoices, it requires "Tier 2" approval, which we have to submit company documentation in order to get approved for that tier. Their website states the process to get it approved takes 5 business days. We have not received a response for this process despite us attempting to call them and sending their team multiple emails. We want the tier to be approved so that we can **** clients.

      Thank you.

This account was suspended and needed to be reviewed based on account activity. We regularly monitor card accounts for potential security issues to protect our cardholders. After review, the account was set to active, and cards were unfrozen.
