    I am an employee who gets tips, mileage and expenses to an Instant ***** there was a data beach in my city and my information has been compromised, there is a yahoo who is stealing funds from my card, I have spent numerous hours in futility as they do not listen, have asked for a supervisotr to call, and they do not, this place is a joke and needs to be shut down!!! This wants me to give iit a rating, MY RATING FOR THIS BUSINESS IS 0!!!!

    Terrible. Declined transaction fee assessed. ****** company, worse yet this is my paycheck theyre picking off.I go to a non-network ATM with my **** on ********, because the company has not yet sent me their physical **** I ordered about two weeks ago. They have no tracking number so I have no information about when I might be able to physically have it and use it an a MoneyPass ATM and avoid transaction fees on MY PAYCHECK. Its getting ridiculous out here, transaction fees applied to earned wages. Gotta be a law against that somewhere.Anyway, its not made immediately clear anywhere that $2.75 is assessed as a declined transaction fee if you try to use an ATM that is out of network, and their fee and Instants fee would make the transaction over the requested balance. It doesnt even warn you and attempt to stop the transaction. Imagine someone getting my instant ****, making a transaction, that transaction getting declined, and the fee CANNOT BE WAIVED and I end up eating the charge for that regardless.Essentially what the chat support said was that they cannot waive the fee. I dont believe it. Its nasty, greedy, and wrong and they dont seek to keep customers they seek to rip people out of small change.Theyre cheap and are looking to take from the consumer. They have an instant pay feature where you receive half of your days wages early, but they deduct it from your next check. ADPs wisely was nowhere near this greedy. You get your pay and then the rest of what you were supposed to get at the end of the week. Instants pay model is so greedy its almost as if you take a loan out from them. When the next week comes, what if you dont make enough and they tap your paycheck for what they gave you instantly the week before? Also the website doesnt give any good answer to how their instant pay works so here I am with more money taken out of my paycheck than I ever wanted. Just like H&R Blocks Emerald **** giving your tax refund early. Rip off.

    I had to replace my clipper for work, so I bought one at a local beauty supply and paid cash for it. It didn't work so I took it back and they could not refund me cash and asked for a debit card to load the refund on, I handed her my Instant.I go grocery shopping and my Instant declines because I got the refund, I have never been so embarrassed in my life!I call support and they demand receipts, so I email them from my phone.... TWICE because they say they weren't getting the mail. So I send again from my PC and they STILL say it isn't there and ask if I can go somewhere with better wifi to send again, to which I began to laugh hysterically at the audacity to ask me to jump through their hoops to get access to MY MONEY!BAD business practice! First you notify a customer if there is suspicious activity, not wait for them to be pumping gas or something to learn of an issue!HORRIBLE!!! I will be begging my company to look into a better tip pay service, this one has NO clue how to conduct themselves, and I feel very sorry for the poor customer care lady that had to hear my absolute DISGUST with their business practices as my voice volume reached some pretty high decibels I wish I could rate it minus 5 stars..

    They keep all your old cards on file from your personal bank account and when your bank accounts gets hacked they do nothing

    For four and a half years I have done instant transfers using this company with the exactly same place of employment. Nothing has changed, not my bank information, my job. Nothing. Friday July 26, 2024, I decided to do a standard transfer and save the little fee. Now you steal ALL of my money???? I am still waiting on my money. Your little worthless chat people claim the transfer was made on the 27th, fine!! So today!?!?!?! Where is it?????? I want my money! This is theft. I have 3 kids. I have never had an issue, but again you guys got your little fee money with the instant transfer. This is bullcrap just because I need to save as much as I can right now, you steak my money. Give me my mone. I have waited your stupid 2 days.

    Absolutely NOT FEE-FREE they charge you a royalty to use their service. They take 25% of your paycheck on payday $580, sure let me take my $150-$180 back for your Wahes from a Shift, we gave you. Perfect Hustle, will never use again, **************** *****, and you can't speak to an agent through cardholder support. I'm never using Instant Again

    Hi *****, I was not able to find your email on file with us, or any tickets where you reached out to customer support, so I cannot research your claim further. I am guessing you registered with a different email. Our EWA is free of charge to you, you can take a portion of your wages the day you work (validated by time and attendance software), there are no fees to take an Instant Pay. If you were charged a fee, please provide a screenshot of the fee and we can investigate further. We will need the email address you registered with. Thank you!

    This is general a good service for tips to be transferred to a bank if you dont mind paying to get your money. As a debit card it generally works ok as long as tge seller doesnt put a hold on funds. As an atm withdrawl card goes there are no atms with 20 miles of me that accept it. I wish I did not have to ise it

For ATM access, I am seeing an in-network ATM location less than 6 miles from your place of employment.     This company is awful!! I made a free transfer to my bank account to save $4 in fees for the instant transfer, and I never received the money into my bank account. The customer service protocol is absolutely horrendous as I was playing phone tag with Instant and my bank for 5 days trying to find l out where my money was transferred to or how i might be able to get the money back, but the only thing instant could tell me were the same sentences they used over and over, that i could even read pretty much word from word on the email i received as well. The only thing they could offer me was a trace ID to track the transaction with, which is completely and utterly USELESS as a bank needs a transaction to file the claim with OBVIOUSLY there was no transaction to file the claim with, because as i stated probably a good 20 times before, THE MONEY WAS NEVER TRANSFERRED TO MY ACCOUNT! I am so angry and taken back by this whole situation. Money is tight for everyone these days, so this is a major setback for me. So much so, ** leaving the job that used instant, and will NEVER work for a company that uses instant EVER again. Im disgusted with the company, with their protocol, and their lack of any sort of accommodation or solution. Tried saving 4 dollars and ended up losing over 30 times that. Disgusted with this unreliable company.

You initiated this transfer of funds (and the transaction shows in the app history that can be provided to the bank) and via the tracer you were provided, Instant and it's banking partner show the transfer was process successfully. It would be incumbent upon the receiving banking institution to trace the receipt of the funds at this point.

    Absolutely horrible! I do not recommend Instant to anyone. The customer service is horrible. I have had an opportunity going issue for two days and have been put in chat with numerous agents. The last chat I was in tonight, the agent told me we would have to wait until tomorrow and that my "case" has been pre approved to be sent to "higher **** but couldn't even give me a case number to give when I have to try back AGAIN tomorrow with a different agent! Told me one would be generated tomorrow and disconnected from me. I am switching back to Chime, Instant is all my employer offered when I was hired two years ago, but after the last few experiences I've had with Instant I'm done. Their customer support is absolutely non existent and over the top frustrating when no one can help any time I've ever had to contact them. If I could give negative stars I certainly would.
