Very bad company to do business with! We have to take this company to small claims court because they refuse to pay for loads after delivery. We have been in business for years and have never worked with a more untrustworthy company. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND

This review is from a shipping carrier who was graciously loaned a Rustic Woodworx cargo trailer to make 3 cabinet deliveries. One delivery was made successfully, but the second was damaged and the customer demanded a $1000 credit. The carrier refused to accept responsibility for the damage and demanded a $200 payment for the second delivery. Rather than complete the 3rd delivery, the carrier stole our cargo trailer as well as the 3rd customer's cabinet and attempted to hold this property ****** for a $200 payment. Law enforcement was involved in the recovery of our cargo trailer and our customer's cabinet. The carrier then began to place false, negative reviews against Rustic Woodworx. The carrier subsequently removed at least one negative review when he realized that a felony criminal charge could be placed against him. We have chosen not to file criminal or civil charges against this carrier for the $1000 damage claim or the cost paid to retrieve our stolen property.
