    Purchased and used Sengled various lights through out our home which are controlled by a hub. This hub is controlled with an *** which has a feature to auto-update. This *** appears to be stuck in an update loop for its firmware. It will appear to complete then allow one operation such as turn a light on and then disconnect. Looking at the *** the previous version of firmware is displayed and it starts the process again. I have attempted to resolve thru their online support receiving and following the instructions have not helped. They were returning emails asking for additional information which I returned. The last response from them was and email containing a single letter "e". I have followed up twice asking what I should do with this "e" and now silence.

    I purchased 8 lamps of E12N1E in June 2022. These have 3 year warranty as advertised on Sengled site. 6 of 8 lamps stopped working properly in the last two months. All of them started losing lumens. The zigbee hub has also stopped working since more than 6 months now. I filed a warranty claim. The company sent me wrong lamps and are refusing to fix the problem. I would like a full refund for those 8 lamps in the amount of $190. The company already has all my details regarding purchase receipts and email communications.

    I've been using this company for a few years with no problems. Now within the last few months, nothing works. There's no support number. There's no replies to emails. There's no replies on socials. They keep charging me and I try to cancel but I can only do this from the app that doesn't login. It's class action lawsuit time.

    After two years this company has still not returned to providing customer service--they don't respond through their phone system or their offices. I have sent email after email and you get an automated response and finally after a year I got an email response stating they weren't able to do anything about the issue which was the half-screen view on the app. They just leave you hanging and don't respond but keep taking your money for the camera storage every month. Now they are having repeated issues with we get notifications on our phones for the cameras but they are having a "bad gateway" message on the app and you can't see any of the camera views. They haven't updated their firmware in the app for over 4 years! They DO NOT respond to anyone and they need to have something done against them so they stop advertising and taking money from people when they provide no customer service for these issues.

    I bought a set of 4 Sengled smart light bulbs from Amazon on August 12, 2023 for a total of $23.99 + taxes. Not even 7 months after, all lights are no longer working. They went out one by one from December to February.I contacted Amazon to ask them for a replacement, since it advertises a 3-year warranty. Amazon let me know the warranty is offered by the manufacturer, and that I should reach out to them directly.I reached out to Sengled and they told me the warranty should be offered by Amazon, which does not make sense. I got back to them saying I spoke with Amazon and they told me the warranty comes with the producer. From that moment onward, they just stopped communicating with me. I have always been extremely polite, just trying to understand how I could get the product replaced. They did not help and completely ignored my requests.

    After 2 years, my products with the company stopped working. I attempted to troubleshoot the issue with their customer service but they were extremely unresponsive and did not provide successful fixes. Thinking this may be a faulty product, I purchased new products through the company. None of the new products worked with my internet service provider. I again attempted to contact customer service but again they were extremely unresponsive, replying to a tiny fraction of my requests. Their customer service phone line is disconnected. As a last ditch effort, I tried to return my newly purchased products through their 30 day money back guarantee. Despite multiple requests for a refund/return, the company did not reply.

    Purchased Sengled light bulbs Oct 28, 2022. Had problems by March 2023 with the product. Company offers 2 year warranty. I've tried contacting them many times and have never received a response except an automated email for information already provided. First attempt was March 15, 2023. In total I've tried contacting them over 40 times with no response. It is apparent they have no intention of honoring their warranty.

    I bought bulbs from them about a year ago, and they stopped working. They are smart bulbs and they just one day stopped responding and wont sync back up. I tried everything suggested online so I reached out to the company on July 17th for a resolution but they havent even responded. These are a year old, they should not being having problems already, and the company should have at least gotten back to me.

    I am a customer, unfortunately, of **********************. My power went out yesterday in my home which has heavily adopted smart home products. I have a combination of products though, with ***be several dozen Sengled products that function through their Sengled hub. None of them will work. The troubleshooting on the company is website has not fixed the problem. The company's website lists a telephone number for customer service, but when you call that number they say that they don't have customer service by telephone and that you must send an inquiry through their website or through email. They haven't once responded to me about this issue, which I suspect *** even be another server outage on their end for which a customer has no control, but it's absolutely impossible to communicate with this company and they don't even respond to direct or indirect contacts, through social media. I would stay as far away as I can from this company. They don't care about their customers. They don't care about their customer service. They don't care about the functioning or reliability of their products. What I can assume they care about is money, and this smells like a company that's having nothing but serious financial problems. Perhaps if Sengled ever responded to customers, one wouldn't have to imagine what's going on with a company who would otherwise intentionally ignore their customers and not communicate system outages?

    In February 2021, I purchased the "Sengled Smart Light Bulb Starter Kit" on Amazon for $49.70. It stated a " ?3 year manufacturer" warranty" on the item description, and still does. Since then I've also purchased other Bulbs. In November of 2022, the hub stopped working completely. I've attempted to reach out to Sengled support but the phone number appears to have been disconnected and advises that the only way to get support is to email them. I've emailed them multiple times since then and have received ZERO communication, support, or response. They absolutely refuse to respond and provide warranty.They need to either provide a replacement hub or refund all of the money I've spent on the hub and all bulbs since they are useless without the hub.
