01/31/2024 I spoke with a **** ****** to onboard to their program. **** swindled me into a deposit of $1,500 that day and said that someone would be reaching out to get started on their program. No one reached out, I tried contacting **** for months (calls and texts in march, April, august and October). Toward the end, their regular customer service line has continued to decline. In October, I was trying to cancel and get a refund. We finally got someone on the phone ********** that said apparently **** was no longer with the company, that our account manager was a different person that supposedly reached out to me (who never did), and that the customer service representative would reach out and I would hear from my new account manager *******. He also gave me Brandons number to reach out. I called and texted 2 times with no response. Called and texted back with ******** several times. He finally responded that he was sick and we would work it out by November 1st. I spoke with ******** and he was persistant on me trying to utilize their services in a different way so they didn't have to refund. I kept denying wanting services and we wanted a refund to our original payment method. ******** said since it has been a few months payments can't be refunded to credit cards and that's how they work (Please note I do own a business myself and can refund a card/account any day any time any length of time). I was swindled, stolen from and lied to. I would like an immediate refund, or we will be pursuing legal action for the theft of our money and no services provided. We tried so hard to avoid submitting a complaint, and notified we wanted a resolution or we would, yet conXpros rather keep the money they stole from us and hope we don't take action.

    Hi *******,

Apologies if you're upset with our service. However, as we have previously explained; your account has a zero-dollar balance. Unfortunately, we cant refund a balance that doesnt exist.

Recently you requested credit for 14 leads, of which we approved 11. Additionally, we've tried calling to resolve the matter, but you have chosen to hang up on us instead.

    Best.

When we began using ConXPros, they promised to be different from the other lead companies. And at first they were, but then they stopped refunding lead fees of customers that did not answer their phone or that said they didn't put in a request for epoxy flooring. When I called to request a refund, they convinced me to leave my account open and that I could get my money back at any time. Now that I'm asking for my money back and account to be closed, they are refusing.I have $210 in my ConXPros account balance. I would like this money back and my account closed as the *** said I could do.This is my money, they no longer provide the level of service that was promised to me, and I was told I could get my money back if I chose to close the account.

I am rejecting this response because, ConXPros made an unauthorized charge to my credit card in the amount of $210 on October 10, 2024. On October 12th, they refunded it. They still have not refunded me the amount that was sitting in my account. Charging me again and then refunding the unauthorized credit card charge is not a satisfactory resolution.

    They still owe me $210.

    Sincerely,

I requested in writing on April 17th 2024 that not only my services be terminated immediately but that my refund be processed after my request asking for it to be refunded. I heard nothing back. I wrote ******* again my provided manager. He Finally responded back on May 2nd after I wrote another email asking for an update. He acknowledged he missed and made an error. He told me that he would be in touch after passing on the message to **. I heard nothing. On May 28 th I emailed he yet again and have not heard anything back. I followed up with phone calls and calls to ** myself and ** has yet to reach out. This is getting beyond acceptable for their conduct. It is not a and should not be this hard to cancel services and request your refund according to the terms and conditions. But be ignored by both the manager and the ** department. Also for the last 2 days I have tried calling their number and NO ONE answers their phone. I left message and emails I don't know what else to do! This is why I would never want to use them again. This is not how you treat customers.

We did a two-week trial with these folks and spend $800 and didn't get anything for it 18% of the leads were quality and the remaining 82% were junk not even actionable. The vendor did not honor their refund policy. The content pasted below is an excerpt from the complaint that I filed the card member services and we will be pursuing this further until we get a full refund and now I'm going to take legal action against these folks because they've wasted more than 6 hours of my time We terminated our partnership with CXP (CXP) for cause. There were several clear reasons (A) They engaged in fraud. They did not refund our money for bad leads (B) They did not adhere to the terms of service that they had stated when they pitched us their service. (C) They were unable to produce any of the qualified leads that they stated they could for carpentry (D) They were unresponsive to communication about quality then fraud then refund requests (E) They were not of high integrity. (F) They wasted our time with unprofessional interactions (G) They took in our capital did not produce the results they said they could then did not refund our money JDS Founder and CEO Additional Information Our entire business relationship with this CXP company lasted less than four months. We started with an initial deposit for services back in December 2023 when we paid them a $400 deposit. We then activated a test campaign for less than twelve days, buying leads from 3/13/24 - 3/20/24. We stopped buying leads from this company after only one week as the quality was terrible. Overall the leads were 18% good and 82% bad leads. The quality of the leads that they generated was terrible. During this two week trial they produced zero viable carpentry leads. The quality was bad enough alone but it was the fact that they rejected our requests for refunds on bad leads that terminated are interest in working with them

The absence of any response or action from ConXPros regarding Select Exterminating's refund request is not only highly unprofessional but also constitutes a breach of legal obligations. Select Exterminating terminated its partnership with ConXPros on April 3rd, 2024, and promptly requested the return of $2,675, which had been precharged on April 1st, 2024. Despite diligent attempts to facilitate the refund process, including a scheduled phone call for April 8th, there has been no communication whatsoever from ConXPros. As a result, Select Exterminating is compelled to escalate the situation by demanding an immediate refund. Select Exterminating expresses profound disappointment in ConXPros' lack of professionalism and underscores the urgent need for a swift resolution to prevent any further escalation of the issue.

We have been business clients of Conxpros for few years. They have been providing leads for our restoration business. The leads were not good at all (95% solicitation and 5% overpriced) -- the problem : Every time we received a call, we'd get a $680 charge even if it's telemarketing (unlike other lead providers that are able to recognize when calls are un-billable) AND THEN automatically charge our account $1,000 (unlike other lead providers that have the client refill the account balance) We started accumulating money (because some of the accepted disputes were credited back to us and added to the $1,000 charges) and we stopped receiving actual leads from them, they also stopped responding to my dispute emails BUT continued to charge. In May 2023, I called, texted and emailed *****************, Director of ******************* about refunding us AT LEAST for the money that they are holding in their account, if not credit the disputes. She said she is working on it and then stopped responding. Around the same time is when we stopped getting Conxpros calls altogether and our account is supposedly "active" with $2,080 balance but 0 activity. Today my assistant was able to get a hold of ******'s assistant, *******. We asked to just get the $2,080 balance that we have, back, so we can discontinue the service. He said yes but wouldn't send any confirmation. Ultimately, he said he can't help and only ****** can. He transferred the call to her, she purposely didn't pick up - I sent a follow up email and my assistant left a voicemail and we haven't heard back. Their most recent reasoning for holding our money is that it's been more than 120 days since we were charged but the attached correspondence will show that we have been trying to get a hold of them for months. I deserve to get more than these $2,080 back, but will be okay with just getting that. I have also contacted a lawyer already but haven't filed in small claims court yet hoping to get a resolution asap.

We have had a very close relationship with Green ****** when they first started doing business with us in March of 2021. **** and *****, the only contacts we worked with, were always in close communication with their Account Manager, *************  In May 2023, someone by the name of *** started reaching out requesting us to make changes to the account that we were unable to do, as they were not an authorized contact for the account.  ****** explained that unfortunately we could not do what was being requested and no other communication came from *** until recently.  ****** was in communication with *****, who apologized for the confusion that came from *** and assured her that we would be good moving forward. We have no issue closing the account and refunding the balance, however the bank does have limitations, and will not allow us to process a refund outside of 120 days of the original charge. Per our terms & conditions, we are happy to run the remaining balance out in leads since the refund can not be processed. We are still very confused by the complaint and contradicting actions of people associated with this company.

This company is a lead company. If you are some what familiar with these types of businesses. Basically they provide a possible new customer for your business for a fee. However this company is using click bait and tricks to get there customers. By sending out email that flat out lie. I had 3-4 customers call my business looking for free service because they are either disable, senior citizens or veterans. Now it would be nice If we could afford to remodel these customers bathrooms for free but sorry this is not the case. I also had 2-3 customers who said that they contacted the lead company 2-3 years ago for a contractor. And actually used them to find a contractor But not in a few years . So they are keeping pass customers information and recycling them back to potential paying customers such as our company. You can request a refund but it has to be approved by them. And if you dont do it on their time schedule and miss spoke in the slightest way it will be denied. I was told I didnt provide enough information so they are going to decline my request. I full paragraph was written for the refund request about what each customer gave us. All in all this is a scam company

    Business Response

    Date: 12/21/2023

I am sorry to hear that you are not having the exceptional experience we target for our clients. I did look into your account and familiarized myself with the brief history since you enrolled in our services on 11/27/23. I am very confused by the review and suggestions you shared. I see that you had requested lead credit for 9 of the leads delivered. We credited 7 of them based on our lead credit policy and the leads reported not meeting the quality standard we aim for. However, you are focused on the 2 that were denied, both for valid reasons. There was a lead you reported, but in your description of the reason for credit, there was no indication of the actual reason the lead is invalid or should be receiving credit. The response you received was that exact message, you did not provide detail for us to offer credit at that time. It also suggested contacting your Client Success Manger if there was information that would help disposition the lead differently. In fact, you were onboarded and taught how to enter lead credit requests and exactly how to  provide detail to avoid this exact situation. On 2 of the leads you previously submitted for credit, your CSM was able to assist you to enter them correctly and receive credit appropriately. The other case you refer to suggesting we email seniors is completely unfounded. The credit request was declined due to our ability to see the exact advertisement (not an email) that the homeowner submitted their request based upon. We declined the credit request with confidence of the sourcing of that homeowner request. Even though you have a CSM you have received assistance from in the past, you chose to go to public forums to try to get things changed? If you contacted your CSM and voiced this, they would have shared similar information and assisted you with the lead that did not have the details needed to match a credit worthy reason based on our lead credit policy (as they did with 2 other leads submitted incorrectly, but credit given after getting the assistance). We stand on the services provided to you and your company, as well as our meeting exactly what we share with clients as expectations and the functionality of our services. I am sorry you feel the way you do, but there is little I can see to support the claims and suggestions you shared here. We will close the account as requested and wish you success in the future. Thank you.

Yes I have requested refunds on 9 leads that was sent to our business. And for the most part they were approved. However this two was just the straw that broke the camel back. This business keep sending out fraudulent leads. That are old or been  Achieved with false information. Like I said in the first complaint I spoke with 4 different people that said the only reason the fill out the submission form was because they received an email ad that told them that they will get a free shower or bathroom remodel. So when I requested a refund I put in the description  that information. ConXPros response was it not on them that the customers cant afford the work! They a few days later I get another lead. I call this custom and was told that he hasnt needed a bathroom remodel for almost 3yr. And that he had not reached out to anyone for a contractor. But he had used ConXPros and other services to fine a contractor when he did need one a few years ago. They company is using bait and switch tactics to get people to fill out out submission form and charges use and others $200 each. And then the wait to see if they can find a reason to deny your refund. Hoping that you forget or miss the times to call or miss speak in you description. Also recycling old leads back out to contractors. I ask for a refund for that lead. In my description I said that the customer had not filled out a form. He wasnt looking for a contractor at all. He may have used their services 2/3 years ago but not today. The denied my refund because they said it wasnt enough detail provided!
