On July 31, 2014, we (it is in my wifes name ) purchased a 2013 *** 328i from United BMW. All required service has been performed on the vehicle. For the first four years this was done with the dealer. Since 2019 a reputable local repair center has performed service. All manufacturers required service has been performed on a timely basis. There have been no serious problems with the car until May 30, 2022, when the Service Engine light came on, a knocking sound came from the engine. I took it to my mechanic (EuroCar in Marietta) and they fund that there were metal shavings in the oil and that the engine was at the point of failure. The mileage was ****** miles. Calls to both *** North ******* as well as to the service manager at United BMW were politely handled but I received no offer of assistance with replacement of the engine.I am aware that the warranty on the engine ended at ****** miles, however the failure of a well maintained engine after ****** miles clearly indicates an internal defect in the engine. The representatives with whom I spoke do not believe that the failure of *** engines at that early stage is a matter for which the manufacturer or dealer bears any responsibility. I have had good experiences with ***s in the past and believe that pride in the brand and respect for a loyal customer would indicate a need to stand behind the product. I am paying $3,500 for a used engine and labor to install it will run to a similar amount. I believe that that *** should pay for the expenses incurred by me in replacing the defective engine.

Unfortunately *** warranty is a matter with the manufacture not the dealership. The vehicle warranty has been expired by mileage and time. We can offer a 15% discount on next repair and a $1,000 trade in credit as a gesture of good faith. Respectfully, United BMW.

I had leased a 2018 *** 330e iperformance. Monthly payment $337.18 for 36 months. The car was due end of June 2022. I received several calls from United BMW asking if I would be willing to turn the car in early (they would buy out the vehicle). I finally decided to turn the vehicle in since the dealership (I was speaking to ****** guaranteed me that I would not have to pay anything more than $350 fee and that they would buy the car and take care of all other charges. When I went to turn the car in on April 9, they slapped another $600 charge for *********** I got an extra $849 charge from *** finance for a total of $1799.53 I was cheated into believing that they would buy the car back at an earlier date and all I would owe is $350 . Instead now *** finance has billed me $1799.53 United BMW needs to call *** Finance and let them know they offered to buy the vehicle back at an early date and that they will take care of all charges above $350.

Customer signed a damage disclosure at time of lease turn in see attached. The remaining amount was payments that were delayed from the original contract.

I am rejecting this response because: ***** promised me the only amount i would be paying is $350 + $600 tire fee..

He kept calling me everyday asking to turn the car in and that they woild buy off any remaining amount over $950

      Sincerely,

**DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE!!**Recently moved to Atlanta area. Noticed oil on my concrete and took the car in for an oil leak found on the upper and lower oil pan. I have meticulously cared for my dream car the 6 years Ive had it! Anyway I get my car back with a huge ***** in the fender nicks all over the front bumper and to top it off I had a complete power loss the very next night on 75 with my kids in the car. Think 80mph paper weight with 18 wheelers all around me. Call them to come pick it up- after 3 days of telling me nothing was wrong suddenly they start calling me to trade it. Im like why are you wanting me to trade it?? I dont even know whats wrong with it. They claim I need a new motor- this power loss and bucking was from the motor. After going back and forth about it United offers to pay for half of the new motor. So we reluctantly tell them to pull the trigger on a new motor even though the problem was likely related to their service! Well we picked up my car yesterday and wouldnt you know.the problem still exists!!!! Had the codes checked and they are saying an O2 sensor is likely the problem. So lets recap United has almost ****** of my money and my car still wont drive me to work!!! Shame on you ****** Shot gunning parts because your people dont know how to plug in a diagnostic machine! Oh AND you still didnt fix my exterior issues your service depot did and lets add in you ruined the leather in my drivers seat! Its covered in oil and is now missing leather color! You destroyed my dream car! So people please dont take your vehicle here! Theyll destroy your car too! ****** you know how to reach me but this time lets get the owner involved too! I want answers!

I am a disabled veteran and purchased a vehicle from United. Unfortunately ***** was my sales associate. Because I am a disabled veteran my vehicle is as delivered. ***** picked up the check and never process my paper with the rag office! My initial tag expired, I had to go to dds and get an extension. It is now ********************************************** the system with dds and I can no longer drive my vehicle. ***** handled this sale poorly. He took the check and did nothing else. Im a disabled veteran who has been without a handicap tag for 62 days and now Im without a vehicle because of how ***** handled this sale. DDS has no information on the paperwork even being started in 62 days. After the first tag expired he shouldve made sure it was processed and dropped the ball not once but TWICE! Ive tried calling this dealership multiple times and Im out on hold and transferred back to the automatic menu.

I purchased a 2021 *** 330e from United back in November.I am having a major problem with this car.I have a problem where the transmission slips causing the gear to violently engage. The torque of the electric motor is so great that the force asserted causes the vehicle to jump forward violently. The force was so great I sustained a torn rotator cuff as a result.I scheduled a service appointment to have this issue addressed.I was met by ****** Gande and the service request was closed without ever addressing the issue. The service tech, the *******, and ********************* (Service Manager) determined the car safe to drive.I am left in a situation where the dealer is refusing to honor a legitimate warranty repair. Now I am left with an expensive car that I feel is not safe to drive. (I am deathly afraid of driving it).I am left with no resolution and no way forward regarding this matter. The employees at united have treated me with nothing but attitude and contempt through this entire ordeal. I am merely a reasonable person looking for a reasonable resolution to this matter.I am looking for a replacement or refund at this point. I have no confidence in the safety of the current vehicle.

On May 24th 2021, I purchased a 2014 Fiat 500L from United BMW-Roswell. I paid cash for the car and was told by the salesman that all my tag and title items would be handled by the dealer ( As they had charged me for this). On July 8th I contacted the dealer stating that my tag was to expire on the 9th of july. They informed me that it was fine because the tag office was behind. I called they again at least 9 times from july 8th up until Oct 25. I have gotten nothing but lies from this dealer, at one point I was told that my tag and title had been mailed to my mother address, which also was a lie. So on Oct 20th I decided to just go to the tag office myself, while to my surprise the car never had been registered to me and in fact was still in the previous owners name. The car also failed emission testing 4 days before I purchased it. At this point I want a refund of the entire amount I bought the car for, because I am unable to drive it bc its illegal and legally not even my vechicle. I have tried to resolve this with the dealer and they seem to be dragging their feet and im just tired of being lied to about my well earned money.

I purchased my vehicle on June 14/15 of this year (XXXX) and I have not received my license plate/registration. I have called and emailed numerous times and have not received any reply from anyone to let me know what is going on or when I will be receiving it. Georgia allows 30 days from purchase date to register and my temporary permit has expired twice now! I have to drive to work and everyday I'm scared I will get pulled over and have to deal with the authorities for the ignorance of a car dealership and its employees.

I bought a bmw from United bmw almost a week ago, it is a CPO With in less than 3-4 days , 300 miles I called the Sales guy( his name is Conrad) to tell I am seeing issues with autopilot , car drifts to the right , which is dangerous and we have a 4 year old and I left a voicemail explaining the issue But his response was I am not a service guy, book a service appointment.. there seems to be problem with the suspension of the car because the ride is so bumpy and uncomfortable.. I was so relaxed that I was buying a CPO but this experience has made me question this as a sales trick..
