      I have been trying to get in contact with my landlord I have a leak in my house when it rains its causing mold and I have kids this makes them sick she is ignoring my calls and texts they are not at the 555 location no more they are at ******************************************************************************************** This is her number *****************

      Thank you for reaching out. We wanted to clarify that our office location changed over a year ago to the following address, which is also noted in your lease agreement:
      ***************************************************************** I spoke last week with the tenant and explained her about our new location one year ago.
      Regarding the leak you mentioned, our maintenance team completed the repair on 04/02/2025 and applied an anti-mold paint in the affected area. According to our records, there are no further outstanding tasks in the resident portal related to this issue. I have attached a screenshot showing the completed work for your reference.

      Rented a property from them in ********* ******* July 19 2023. Gave them a $1000 deposit and now that we have moved out on June 10 2024 with notice, not getting any response back about getting the deposit back. We left the house in way better shape than it was in when we moved in so they have no reason to withhold it.

      On December 19th my handle for my bathroom tub broke. I previously advised the people of the issue with the tub and someone came out to fix it but I advised them he didnt fix it properly. They apologized and that I should reach out to him. I did that and nothing happened. On the 19th I put in a work order. I didnt hear anything and I waited 30 days. My light bill came and it was $1000! Completely outrageous. On the 30th day it was raining so bad. It was January 19th the roof started to leak and I mean absolutely pour in the master bedroom. I waited 30 more days and it started to rain real bad again I sent another email and I was told someone would come out ASAP. nothing happened. After that I contacted my local housing inspector and the officer sent a certified letter to their office and they would not accept the letter. My light bill is so high and these people especially ******************************* who is the current owner of B4I management needs to be put out of business. And if hes a real estate agent he needs his license revoked.

      I am renting a house on 212 **** dr col ga I was told that everything would be repaired before move in it was not then I was told parts had to be ordered it's been 2 weeks and no one is answering the phone or texts no one has responded to maintenance requests we have no working fire detectors there are wires hanging out of the ceiling I have no closet doors and the yard is filled with trash and patio furniture from the previous owners

      The house has mildew and its rotten all over the place.. the place ** falling apart and I have big issues with the roaches and Nats i have been calling and complaining to them about the problems no one ever gets back with me or no one ever comes out to look at the problems I have.. my pipes i have been broken and replaced by myself hot water went out out and no one came out I had to pay for it for myself

      Hi I moved to this address on February 22, 2023 shortly after moving here the roof started to leak while it rained also, the sink broke as well I quickly put in a maintenance request to fix the problems listed in the house and this management company has disregarded me and also not responded to any of my calls or text messages. I tried to call and and email and they are not responding the floor is also caving in, in the hallway. These are issues that can become much bigger problems if they do not fix these issues. I am expecting this to be resolved and for them to follow up with their maintenance request and come fix these issues thank you.

      After only living there for 4 months, they tried to *** us for over $3,000. Claiming we never paid rent. Of course we took it to court and after proving them wrong by showing our receipts. The judge ruled in our favor BUT sentenced us to be out in 7 days. The reason being that they changed the lease on us without telling us.Claiming we broke the lease by being late once. Even though it was only a day late and we paid the $50 late feeThey never got punished for trying to scam us, they got their way and the judge didnt care. When I first was emailed the lease, I read through every single page of that thing and not once was that written in there. That would have been a deal breaker for us and we wouldnt have rented from them in the first place! We looked back at our lease they first emailed, right before moving in, only to find that they deleted it and we cant even see it anymore. They scammed us and it isnt fair. They have been doing this stuff to many other families/tenants as well. They wont even communicate with us about getting the keys back or anything. Its like they hid from us and wont respond to our calls when we were trying to ask what to do with the keys. No one has met up with us or anything. They are unpredictable and unprofessional, its very upsetting.The rental was all under my husbands name, ***************************.

      Management company installed a stove in a property they rent out residentially. The stove was transitioned into a electric stove. The problem is that the gas line was not shut off and was active forcing gas and carbon monoxide into my house that is connected to the townhome. ******* gas was called and reports and pics taken of the problem. Installation was done incorrectly, and left a very dangerous situation that has now begun affecting my health due gas being inhaled and affecting my respiratory nerve.

      Recieved email from this company Im renting from about my this month rent and them giving me 3 days to vacate my payment was scheduled 8/5/2022 out my bank account! I has not came out the funds are there! I also called my bank to see if they tried to withdraw it and they said NO! Please help they never answer your calls not respond to mantience needs!       ive been at this current address since October 2020. In September of 2021, my floor started to bubble up to the point where we had to break the door to our second bedroom to be able to enter our only bathroom. We put the request in on September 11th, and the floor was not fixed until November 9th 2021. Since, the floor has already started sinking again causing the walls to lean to the side due to the foundation not being stable. In December 2021, our ceiling in the bathroom started to leak. At this time, we noticed mold start to grow theoughout the house by the doors, vents, and the bathroom. We informed this to them when we submitted the request to have our ceiling fixed on December 8th, 2021, and the ceiling was not fixed until May 11th, 2022. However, all they did was chiseled out the part of the ceiling that had water damage and put a piece of wood in the attic and painted over the mold growing by the leak but did not fix the mold in the remainder of the house. In March, there was a bad storm that resulted in a huge tree branch falling on our cars in which we notified them, but did not get a response. On May 23rd, another huge branch fell causing damage to my car, my neighbors car, and my neighbors power meters. When I comtacted them in regards to the damage, they stated they were not responsible for any damage done to my car even though it was damage done by the tree they failed to take care of. Not to mention, on May 23rd was the first time we were able to get the landlord on the phone since i moved in during October of 2020. We have attempted to go to their office and they were not there on a Monday at 11:30 AM, we send emails, and put in requests via their app, and we even sent a hand written letter in the mail to request action on the ceiling leak. I am filing a complaint due to the negligence and lack of responsibility B4i Management takes for the properties they are leasing.
