    October 2022 600 to 800 cash Aunt was approached while she was working in the yard. By this company. They pulled up in a old white truck and told my elderly step-dad the price and how they can fix it. Shook on it. However they told him they'll come back to finish the job and never showed up. So after my aunt and uncle had no results on getting them back to finish I tried. However after no shows and excuses on why they couldn't come they never did. They never had any attention on coming back. So basically they driving around going up to people, elderly people too and scamming them. Our situation sound just like the other complaint. They have no right ripping people off.

    on 10/11/2021, ***** approached me while I was working in the yard and offered to repair an area of the driveway that was sinking and to fill in assorted cracks with concrete patch. the charge was going to be $800. I didn't know much about concrete repair and I found out later that I was EXTREMELY OVER CHARGED. ***** sent 2 of his helpers to the ********** around the corner and purchased a sack of concrete patch. They came back and used one of my buckets and garden hose to mix it up and proceeded to smear the patch on the driveway cracks. they said the patch Would blend in with the rest of the driveway after it dried for a few days. well, it's been almost 6 months and the driveway looks absolutely horrible and the cracks are coming back. ***** would not accept my check or credit card and insisted the $800 be paid in cash only. He said he didn't have any receipts and would send me one. I never heard from them again. I have tried several times to contact them, but i'm not able to leave a message, so I texted to their office phone *************) twice asking for a refund for the over charge, but they will not respond. I paid $800.00 for this service. Payment was made in cash. I contacted left text messages for ***** and *****, the owner on 10/25/2021 and 2/7/2022 and explained that the service was unsatisfactory. They will not respond. Failure to receive an appropriate response to this problem has prompted me to write directly to you. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving my complaint. I would like to receive a full refund from Renew Roofing. & Parking Lot Repair of the full cost of the service in the amount of $800.00. Enclosed are copies of my records, including pictures of driveway. I look forward to hearing from you soon regarding my problem. I would like to receive a response from you within 30 days.
