    ** July 2022 I signed up for 5 months of lessons and paid $570. The promotion at the time was that the 6th month would be free, but that is irrelevant as we never had the opportunity to use it. My daughter attended lessons in August and September of 2022. We ended up moving after that and were unable to complete the other 3 months that we paid in advance for. On September 29, 2022 I asked for a refund for the unused services and was denied. My account was put on hold at that time until I could speak to a manager. I have been going back and forth with this company for over 7 months trying to come to a resolution with absolutely no success. I most recently spoke to the manager named **** who told me that he would speak with some other manager named ***** (sp?) and that I would be able to reach a resolution with him. No surprise, I never heard back. Not a single person at this company has reached out to me and I have called and presented in person numerous times to speak with anyone who knows what theyre doing. The customer service is appalling. We have moved and are unable to attend lessons and there is no reason that we should not be able to get the 3 months of tuition ($342) that was completely unused refunded. This business is slimy and unprofessional.
