      Hi, I have 2 orders that i never received. I have sent many emails and called and left messages probably more than a dozen times with no response. it's downright crazy.       On April, 2023 I bought a clutch kit with flywheel for $1,233.84. After ***** miles the clutch has failed and to my knowledge and tests I performed it is defective and that is why it failed. I contacted ********************************, the owner. After speaking on the phone with *****, we made an agreement that I will sent the clutch kit back and have his team/company inspect it for defectiveness. If it is defective, ***** will send me a brand new clutch kit. If it is not defective, the ***** will send my clutch back and refund me the shipping costs when I initially shipped it. i sent the clutch kit back and I received confirmation from ***** that it was delivered and signed by ***** on Dec. 11th, 2023. I waited a week and then called *** for status update. The customer service number i called did answer and they told me that an email will be sent to him. i also emailed ***** and response. I called and called and emailed and emailed. Till this day, 1/30/2024, i have not received any status update, nor email replies or call backs.

      They sold me a product that they listed as compatible with my car and it was not compatible. I requested a return label and RMA and they ghosted me. I called their customer service line and emailed them multiple times and they have totally ignored my attempts to contact them for return. They told my credit card company that I still have the item so they won't refund my money, but they will not return my calls or emails or send me a return label and RMA to return the item. This is fraud on their part. I am requesting a full refund as it is totally their fault for incorrectly listing the wrong specifications.

      Ordered stainless steel brakelines from them. We needed them in a hurry and since they are very local to me, I figured it would work out. Then I read all the awful reviews so I tried contacting them, no reply. Once I finally did contact them I asked them to cancel my order and refund me my money. He quickly said "its cancelled" and hung up. We're roughly a week further and I still do not have my refund.

      Purchased an CORSA UUC Axle back exhaust for my 2006 *** 325CI for a specific automotive event that happened May 23RD of 2022. This exhaust system cost me $1,015 and was told it would take 3-4 months to ship. After 4 months I was told it was delayed multiple times and no further information was found. I had called left voicemails and even reached out via my school email (the same email I used to order the exhaust) in regards to getting a refund or partial refund and update for the shipping and still no response

      My order number ****** placed on Jan 16, 2022 for $555.44 was ordered directly from this businesses website uucmotorwerks.com and it did not come with everything that I ordered. No email was sent saying that there is anything on backorder and they charged me the full amount. I have tried contacting them through email *********************** and have gotten no response back. I have also tried to call all of their departments *************) and have gotten no response through there either. What worries me more is that the ****** reviews are horrible for their business and people are saying the exact same thing that I am saying. If you look at their Instagram, which is linked on their website, there are 10 comments on the most recent post that are all saying the same thing as well as many other comments on their Instagram posts too.Also their address on their website is different than the one list on BBB's website. Here is the address listed on their website:5172 **************, *******, ** ***** I am worried that they are scamming people and are not honoring their side of the business transaction. There are too many cases out there for mine to just be a coincidence. Thank you,*********************

      In regards to ********************* complaint, he reached out to us on Tuesday 5/3 at 2:54 for the first time in regards to any issue with his order from January.  We have the part in stock and will send him the replacement part today.

      In regards to the other concerns starting with the address, the BBB has not updated our address since 2012.  We have moved twice since the address listed here.  Additionally, regarding the "customer reviews", the majority of them are scam/false reviews placed by people who have never been a customer of my company nor have they even been able to provide any record of contacting my company when pressed for more details.  One disgruntled ex-employee has been behind these and it has long since escalated to a legal matter.

      We (much like most small businesses) are short staffed.  We do not contract out our phones or email responses to centers just to have a live person on the other end.

      I appreciate ********************** position and will make sure to address the missing part immediately.
