I had purchased a 2019 *** X5 xdrive40i from them on August 1st. Upon inspection of the car we noticed it had a cracked windshield. I was told my the sales guy (****) it is a safety risk and we will get it replaced for you Throughout the entire negotiation process the topic of the windshield was brought up multiple times and he kept saying yes **** we will order a new windshield and have someone put it in for you It has been 2 weeks since then and I havent gotten a new windshield or heard anything back from them. I have called a handful of times regarding the topic. First call I was told that it was something I would have to speak to the salesman(****) about and unfortunately he wasnt in the office, so I had them leave a message for him. Never got a call back. Second-fifth call, apparently **** is never working when I call. Ill call at ***** sorry *** he isnt in yet, but he will be around noon. I will call at 12-1. Sorry ************* in today They know me now from the amount of times I have called, oh your calling about the x5 right, yeahhh sorryyy **** isnt in right nowJust complete ********. I love the car but I wouldnt have purchased it if I knew they never really any intent to replace it. Thats all I want is for them to live up to there end and replace the **** thing. Its few hundred dollars if a dealer is really trying to lie over that is just ridiculous.

      Date: 09/03/2024

We have communicated with you several times, and on each occasion, you mentioned that you would be available on Friday. Based on this, we scheduled your visits twice, but unfortunately, you did not attend either appointment.
To ensure we can effectively coordinate, I kindly ask that you reach out to us with a specific time when you are truly available, rather than consistently stating Friday. Additionally, please provide a time that works for you, as we strive to avoid unnecessary back-and-forth communications.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

I am rejecting this response because: they never reached out saying it was scheduled and I never said I was free on Fridays. Im only free on weekends. Which comes to find out is when the guy doesnt work. Funny how it takes me a month to find out weekends dont work. How simple would it have to been to say sorry doesnt work, then I would have some how made Friday work.

This started with the unlawful sale of the van with a known failed emissions test that exposed my then 6-month-old and 18-month-old to fumes. All the van warning lights came on during this time, and electrical issues were draining the battery requiring frequent jumps. I pleaded with the company to address this safety issue and the other malfunctions. The company said you would take care of this. Van dropped off on Tuesday, January 31st. There was a lack of communication from the dealership from then on. The reported problem was a failed O2 sensor. The van was " fixed" and picked up on Saturday, March 4th after 32 days in the shop. On my drive home, warning lights came back on. Due to this bad experience, I took my van to another mechanic on March 6th. I spent $940.04 on dealership-related repairs and learned about the muffler's patched hole, not disclosed on sale. The battery died again after picking up the van on March 14th. I took the van back into the shop on Wednesday, April 5th, where more work was done in an attempt to address the electrical issues for $1,212.43. I picked up the van on Friday, April 17th. Also, my husband and I had to contact the dealership multiple times about the promised tag in the mail. After finally getting in contact with ******, I was told I would have to pick up the tag from the office due to some "hold up." The missing back windshield wiper that was promised on sale was also left unaddressed. The van had more battery issues and a stuck right minivan door (the van door was reportedly fixed by your dealership prior to purchase). Another safety issue for my children. I took the van back on Friday, May 26th, with pick up on Thursday, June 1st, with $313.95 for repairs. Monday, 7/17, my van stopped working at a light, I had to jump the car in the middle of the street. Tuesday, 7/18, while on the way to ********************, the van stopped in the middle of the road requiring a $160.00 to tow and another day of lost wages.

I purchased a 2020 GMC Yukon from Platinum Used Cars. Within ************************************************************************************** general. I took the car to a GMC dealer for a diagnostic test. The problem with the truck was the Torque Converter inside of the transmission. I took the report to Platinum used cars and the sales Manager *** said that the transmission needed to be drained, flushed and a thicker transmission fluid. *** said he would take it to the Cadillac dealership to have it done and provide me with the paperwork. I received the car back with no paperwork and the car was worst 2 days later. I spoke to the Manager ****** about the issue and because it was 2 days past the 30 days(they had the car before the 30days) I would have to pay for the repair and allow their technician to do the labor. As of November 26, I am still without a car because its a the dealership being repaired at my expense. All I want is for Platinum Used Car to buy the car back from the finance company.

I purchased a Porsche Panamera from this dealership in April 2021. At that time, they gave me a will listing three relatively inexpensive parts that they would replace/install for me. One was just a tire lock, and we found it so it was not needed. There was also a front proximity sensor and hydraulic trunk arms. I started following up within the 30-day period specified in the will, but got the runaround and one excuse after another. I was referred to several different people at both the ********** and Marietta locations, and promised call backs that never happened. The only calls I received were from sales people that couldnt help but at least tried to get me to the right people. For nearly a year and a half, I called weekly and sometimes even daily. The only times I didnt call were when the car was with my mechanic for some serious issues (Ill give the dealership the benefit of the doubt on those issues; its possible they knew about them but I dont know). I explained to the dealership that I wasnt calling while the car was in the shop because I didnt know when I would get it back and couldnt make an appointment at that time anyway. In any case, all they had to do was replace some parts for a few hundred dollars and I would have been pleased, but they had my money and it seems they had no intention of honoring their part of the deal.
