On May 22, 2024 I called my internet provider to pay my bill of $210. Ask the person why the bill was so high. He said he could take off $60 which will be $150. And he was able to pay the bill with ThinBox a company that help cover the bill. My bill was payed to my internet provider in the amount of two transaction of $110 and $100. Which I sent them $150 on my credit card. On June 3rd the payment of $100 was reverse back to Thinbox. Which made my acount late. I looked into where did my $150 go into a Thinbox paypal account of $150. I called my credit card, ****** and tried to call them, no answer. I asking for them to return my $150 and late.

My name is ***********************. I was trying to call and pay my power bill back in January. My online account had locked me out. I googled ************* and called the phone number that came up. I got on the phone with a man who said he was a 3rd party processing company for *************. He offered me a $50 discount if I paid my bill over the phone that day. I paid $350.00. Almost half a week later I received a bill saying my utilities were fixing to be turned off. I contacted ************* again. The lady told me they had never received any payment from me. I then proceeded to dispute the charge with my bank for Thinbox Solutions. The company showing on my statement for my $350 charge. A week after disputing the charge I received a phone call from a guy named *** who asked me to stop the dispute and he would pay my full $700 owed on my utilities. I refused to stop the dispute and hung up. He called again a few minutes later and my son spoke to him. He claimed he had a recording of the phone call and would provide it. That the utility payment had been reversed and I wasn't getting my money back. After a month of waiting my bank denied my claim and this company has provided them a fake user agreement stating I paid for branding services for a website. I am a 60 year old woman on disability with no website or any affiliation to one. I am requesting something be done for my money to be returned. I can attach a copy of what my bank sent me. Please help me recover my lost funds. This company is a scam and disguising themselves to offer services they are not affiliated with. ************* has stated they are not affiliated with this company and that I am not the first customer who has been scammed. Please help me.

10/19/2023 I ************************* called the Xfinity/Comcast phone number pay my Cable bill, I had been using for phone number years & the recording told me to go on-line to pay. I was NOT comfortable doing this. Feeling forced to comply with Thinbox Sol to pay my Xfinity bill. In doing this payment they would give us a Credit on our account, if I paid ****** today and next payment not due until December 2023. My bank disputed the Electronic Check on 10/31/2023 and Reversed the withdrawal of $650.00 back to my account. On 11/27/2023 Thinbox Sol took $650.00 from my checking account, because of Electronic Transfer ok'd? The transfer was for ONE and only ONE Transfer done on 10/20/2023. I called Xfinity and NO payment had been received in my name, Xfinity started a Claim in the *********** #IH254439953. The Associate @ ******************************** said they had been "HACKED". I made several calls to Xfinity on 3/7/24 "Ram" from ***************** *************, said since Electronic Transfer was Authorized they were "NOT" responsible. I still had the outstanding balance with Xfinity/Comcast. The only reason I had money in Checking Account my Husband of 47 years had Passed away, with Stage 4 ************ Cancer. It was his ************** left to family. Our Pursuit is to Return the money of $650.00 and to keep Other Innocent people from trying to pay their bills on time! I do have printouts from bank on the activity of my Account. I did NOT get anything for the Money taken. I have not Contacted Thinbox Sol as of yet, afraid of them Disappering into the Night. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
