    First of all, I literally had to wait months for a particular hoodie to be back in stock. Though it would not arrive at Christmas, my granddaughter still wanted this hoodie. Now, 4 months later, it's finally back in stock so I placed the order. The hoodie I received was incredibly too big, at least one or two sizes too big. Wanting to get this hoodie to my granddaughter as quickly as possible I immediately re-ordered another hoodie but downsized it. In the meantime, I put in a request for a refund for the first hoodie. Come to find out, the store only provides store credit, no refunds! What company doesn't do refunds especially when I put out the money for a second hoodie! This has been very upsetting. I will not order anything else from this company. Now I'm out of pocket the price of the first hoodie. Enjoy the extra money. You won't be getting any additional business from me.
