Ricks people use 5' tractor to cut out 25' wide yard. the past 4 years they hit the a/c that tore up the wiring. I paid for that. Had to replace the whole compressore within 3 months. 2 years ago, they hit mail box post and tore it down. about 2 years ago they hit the gas meter and it had to be replaced,... **** **** 2023 they hit the gas meter again, the gas company came out, turned off the gas fixed the cosmetics on the gas meter and said my house was modern so he didn't have to relight the pilot lights. he told ricks people nothing was otherwise broke and left. had he tried to fix the pilot light he would have found out that something broke inside the gas meter and sent some debris into the hot water heater and the pilot wouldn't light. he worked on it two houses and finally said the warranty would replace the hot water heater but not the labor.so ***** plumbing who've I've done business with for 25 years, one of the finest put a new heater in for only labor. I contacted rick about the damage and bill and he was he wasnt responible that the gas hot water heater people insinuated were a bunch of crooks and ripped me off. cost me 180.00 labor for 2 hours over the weekend couldn't get it to light. then 380.00 labor to put in the hot water heater and we went 4 days with cold water over the **** *** holiday. I should have quit using rick long ago but in the past he's treated me right but his men need more training on damaging peoples property. I plan on suing rick in small claims court and ***** plumbing for him insuating they ripped me off said they would be more than happy to come down and explain what they had to do
