Purchased a car on 2/14/2024 online- car came with undisclosed dent. Was promised dent would be repaired. It is now 5/17/2024 and I keep getting the runaround. I do have the text messages where I was told it would be fixed. I find this super unprofessional. In addition- they also will not tell me where the title is for the car. Again the car was purchased on 2/14/2024 and the title is **** They keep telling us the location of the title is confidential. I'm now on my 2nd temp ******** expires 5/22 and no one will answer and or return my call and I wont be able to drive the car.I have two children and dont have an alternate way to drive around. If someone could please help assist with obtaining the title FIRST and foremost that would be fantastic and then help me obtain the payment to fix the dent that was provided. Can provide all email threads/text threads/contracts per request.

Earlier today I submitted a complaint (#********) to you and you responded that you were unable to locate them and you were closing the complaint. The following is their info:ALM of Athens ******************************************. ***** Phone: *********** If you would please revise the existing complaint or open another. On 4/12/2024 I purchased a 2020 Tahoe from ALM of Athens, Ga. When I purchased the vehicle the only paperwork they provided me was 1) Buyer Order and 2) Limited Warranty Coverage. They said they would overnight the necessary paperwork to take to the ****************** in **************. Since my purchase I have been in contact with the sales person *********************** and the Sales Manager ***** numerous times to find out what is the problem with the paperwork. I have also reached out to their help line and they also are giving me the runaround. South Carolina requires that all paperwork be completed within 45 days of purchase or I will have to pay a penalty. They have already used half of that time and not given me any assurance they are working to resolve. At this point I have very little trust in their company. Is there anything you can do to help? I need the title and bill of sale.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from ALM Athens on 5/19/23. It had been modified with lift, suspension, tires etc prior to me purchasing it. I bought an extended warranty for it the same day I purchased the jeep, $1999. I drove it to IN in Oct. Something messed up with the steering on my way up there so I took it to the Chrysler/Jeep dealership. They diagnosed it as the steering gear was worn out & needs a new one. They contacted ********** the ext. warranty *** for prior authorization the repair. They denied coverage due to the Jeep being modified. I explained that I purchased it that way and when I purchased the Extended warranty, *** told me that my Jeep would be covered for major repairs for 36 mths/36,000 MI.Well, ALM should have checked the 2 boxes on the contract that it was 1. Med duty and 2. Lift kit. I tried to contact ALM about it more than a dozen times. Finally, one of ****************, *****, said he'd take care of it and I'd be good to go. That never happened!! I was stranded in IN for a month!! I tried & tried to get justified help from ALM. I finally paid out of pocket, $387.07, just so I could get home!! I've been in contact with ALM since I've been home, which, while I was still in IN, the last time i talked to ******************, he said he'd take care of it and call me back. That never happened, he never called me back! So here I am, still trying to get this situation taken care of. Again, lies from ALM. Easy care told me that they sent *****, from *** an email explaining what they needed. They said he never responded.I told him, ***** that, and he said he never got an email from them. However, he said he'd mark those boxes and submit it to ********* and request they email me to let me know its been corrected!! Again, no response and I can't get ahold of *****!!I have a pic of the Jeep taken at ALM the day I bought it. However, I can't figure out how to send it to you. Please help!!!

I purchased a vehicle today from ALM. There was a discussion about the fees being charged. The original paperwork I signed before going back to the finance department listed a doc/processing fee. The dealer had adjusted the price of the vehicle to get to my requested out the door price and each adjustment left the doc/processing fee. However I noticed when I got home the final paperwork with the finance department said customer service pack which was an optional item which I never would have accepted. When o pointed out the taxes were incorrect they changed the amount and suddenly the registration amount had been incorrect so they increased that. When I looked at the breakdown of the registration fees all of a sudden the registration was $40 but there were over $200 in fees to process when the registration had been only $25 the actual cost. The finance manager suddenly said owe the fees were incorrect they just asked me. They made up every excuse about why the prices changed as well as being dishonest about losing money in the deal but said if the fees were different than charged I would be refunded trying to hide the fact it wouldnt be wrong because they were paying themselves. Fees that had to be charged suddenly werent there when the price of the vehicle was more. I just want the $799 refunded for the customer service pal which was not explained and suddenly included as a line item when the original paperwork I signed did not include that.

******* purchased a vehicle as of July10, 2023. I recently made the grave mistake of purchasing a truck from this dealership and I can confidently say that it's been a complete disaster from the moment I drove it off the lot. This vehicle has shattered any expectations I had and left me regretting my decision with every passing mile. Before I drove the car off the lot the engine light came on, which the dealership said they would honor the contract on fixing issues with the vehicle. Before the engine light the truck only needed the passenger seat fixed which took more than a week to fix and the engine light. They finally said they fixed everything so I went to retrieve the vehicle and yes you guessed it the engine light is still there. Now in my county where I reside we need to pass emissions before we can get any license plates so please remember this. So now the dealership came up with a new resolution they asked me to find a repair shop near my home and they would pay for the vehicle to get serviced to clear the engine light and codes associated with that. So I found a location and sent them the invoice how much it would cost to fix the issue. The issue was the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The dealership refused to pay for that invoice because they claimed it was too much money. So I went to a second shop but this particular shop would only take payment at the location. So that did not work, so then the dealership said bring it back to us and we will fix the issue in house. So brought the truck back to them waited over a week and went to retrieve the vehicle yet again the engine light is still on. This issue is still ongoing as we speak, this dealership sells lemons and needs to be reported. In conclusion, if you value your sanity and hard-earned money, stay far away from the dealership. This purchase has been a colossal mistake on my part, and I can only hope that my complaint serves as a cautionary tale for anyone considering shopping here.
