Worst dealership I have ever dealt with within the past 20 years of buying a vehicle. Deceitful and not honest with me when I made my purchase in 2023. I kept my word with the salesman about driving over 3 hours to the dealership for an 3pm appointment only to have me wait close to 4 hours later in the evening before helping me. I came with a pre approved check thinking it would have been a smooth process until I was given half the amount of what my trade was worth after seeing this on the salesman computer screen, still very frustrated from the long wait, felt like I was held hostage when they took my vehicle key after test driving and held on to them when I wanted to go grab some food while waiting for hours. Now its the last 30 minutes or so before the dealership closes, the financial manager walks up and seemed aggravated when I told him I had my own financing and had me wait a few more minutes, the salesman promised order floor mats that was missing from the vehicle I was purchasing only to find out he lied after waiting 4 weeks. Very bad experience from the salesman to the financial manager. I would not recommend this dealership to no one, so sad when you think you will get premium service from *******
