Hi, I need to speak to a corporate manager please. I had a disrespectful interaction with the Regional Manager of the ************* Ivy Leagues property, ****************************I've been living in Unit ** for going on two years. Today, I was told my exercise equipment that's on the patio isn't considered outdoor/patio furniture. It is covered with a tarp when not in use and in great condition, alongside the patio coffee table and chess set. But ****** is saying we'll now be charged $100 if we leave the equipment on the patio. It's been there since we moved in, and only now it's a problem. Do you want good tenants or not? ****** is inflexible and not willing to work with us. This will be a reason to leave if we cannot have resolution. We are in the back of the property, not disturbing anyone. We are hidden by the tree line. This is an issue without a problem. Additionally, ****** sent me an accusatory email stating that "It has been reported that there are tracks going from the street to the back of the building. You have to stop driving on the grass immediately. Right now you are at the risk of having to pay for the damage to the grass IF it does not come back." We did not drive on the grass. We have NEVER seen anyone driving on the grass aside from lawn mowers. When I called her saying this was extremely accusatory, she said, "Yes, I'm accusing you." That was the way she handled the discussion, versus following up with the maintenance personnel to see if she even had the right unit/building. I had to tell her she needs to check that the building is correct because I've not seen any tracks, nor EVER noticed anyone driving on the grass (that is the front view for us out of the windows, so we would know). I am officially complaining about the interaction with ***************************. I need someone to follow up with me ASAP, please.
