    9/10/22 Company ran and drained our account without letting us know they were going to do so. We have lived here 7 yrs. and never had any problem until current management *********************** first Mgr. now Supervisor came to be with company. Current manager was on vacation, and to the best of our knowledge, this never happened before, the Supervisor ran our account for 2 months , instead of 1 month as usual. I had an email stating the manager did run our acct. but did not know how to give us a receipt when I requested one. Our bank card let us know we had low, not even NSF , funds. It went thru, never have we had NSF. She is blocking us from paying with a debit card, says we need a Verified funds check, because of our NSF History. "THIS IS A FLAT OUT LIE!' I would like her to prove it. She is blocking us, to mess with us. Just like she did with the running of 2 months instead of 1 when it was their fault. NOT OUR FAULT. I have tried to get someone to help us get into the system so we can pay with our debit card. Now, we heard she is saying we have to pay with certified check because of our NSF History , that is a Lie. A Blatant Lie , she cannot prove it, and if she does it's because she manipulated it. I have PSTD because of her. and cannot be by her, I get so upset I feel faint. She is forcing us to go into the office, not to mention go to Amscot and get verified funds.Contacts for Cobblestone Management Group : ******************* ************ and : ************************************ ************ No one from the company will call me back or give us any satisfaction on this matter, we just want to be able to pay with our debit card like everyone else, not have to get verified funds check when we never bounced anything in 7 yr. If she comes up with proof, she lies. What do we do in this case. If they continue to go on with her lies and make us go with certified funds check instead of debit card. We will prosecute her for theft, for the 2 mo. at once.

    In regards to the complaint #******** we received on 10/11/22 by ******************************* we are not the company she is having issues with. We are located in ******, ******* and manage multi-family properties around the surrounding areas only. **************** sent ** an email on 10/11/22 and we responded the same day and told her that we did not manage her home/address. We never received a response so we assumed she realized she had contacted the wrong company. We kindly ask that **************** remove her complaint and direct it towards the correct company so they may be held accountable for their negligence. We spoke to another lady (***************************) regarding the same issues with the what we assume is the same company. We explained to her that we were not who she was looking for and wished her luck on her ****.
