    On May 1st, I placed an order for three wigs from this business. I have been a customer for years. On May 9th, I received the incorrect order. The invoice in the order belonged to someone else, and I received all of the wrong items. I have subsequently sent 6 emails to this business over the past 3 weeks. They only accept email inquiries. No response. No refunds. Nothing. I offered to return the items if they sent me a prepaid label with the expectation that I would receive what I actually ordered, and nothing. My purchase was over $200.I have the photos supporting this, but the files are too large for your upload.

    On 11-25-2023, I visited HairKittyKitty.com, and purchased two wigs (Order WF304381), "******* Wig--Illuminaughty Rooted," and "******* 10-Inch Wig--Chocolate Strawberry Rooted," during their "2023 Black Friday Sale. On 11-30-2023, I received Order WF304381 from HairKittyKitty.com, but instead of shipping the "******* 10-Inch Wig--Chocolate Strawberry Rooted," I was mistakenly shipped the ****** Wig--Chocolate Strawberry Rooted." On 11-30-2023, I began contacting HairKittyKitty.com in ******* to get a successful resolution to the mistake THEY had made of shipping the wrong wig to me. From 11-30-2023 to 12-26-2023, despite my attempts, HairKittyKitty.com has not formally reached-out to me directly in order to satisfactorily resolve this matter (other than a brief reply, dated December 11, 2023, to a message I left on Hair ***** ******* X / ******* account on December 7, 2023); nor have they offered any type of support to help me return their property, and to ship the actual wig that I originally ordered on November 25, 2023 during their 2023 Black Friday Sale. I have tried sending several emails to ************************** via my primary account, *********************** and secondary account, ******************** I have tried sending several direct messages to Hair ***** ******* X / ******* and Instagram accounts. I have tried initiating a return on HairKittyKitty.com's formal "Customer Return Authorization Portal." I have tried leaving at least two direct messages on HairKittyKitty.com's "Contact Us" portal. Last but not least, I have tried to contact HairkittyKitty.com via their business telephone number ************** 20 dozen times (240 calls total) during their listed business hours and after business hours (in the hope of being able to leave a voicemail for their Support Team). Instead, all I have been able to reach via the Hair ***** ***** business telephone number is a perpetual "busy signal," no matter what time of day or night I call.
