    Shady Business Practice. Delinquent fee and interest added to HOA assessment without adequately informing homeowner as to whats going on with their account. This is true even though homeowner pays an entire month ahead consistently.They seem to enjoy talking advantage of homeowner.

    *********** community in ******* ** is using SMG Management to govern and enforce HOA rules, regulations, management of asthetics, common ************************** Members of this community reach out to the contact and rarely do they respond to inquiries, needs, or repair requests. I would not recommend this company for HOA needs due to this fact. We have numerous emails with no response from our contact representative of this company.
