    I paid for a marketing and advertising package from We Buy Black. We scheduled to begin carrying out the package plans on 2/29/2024. The day before the event I emailed to confirm the time and got no reply. I waited the entire day of the event during business hours and after 4pm the date we were to be going live on social media the company was a no call no show and emailed asking if I could do the next day instead and I explained I was not available but that I was willing to call and discuss moving forward. I was unable to reach any one and no one responded to my texts, calls, or emails. I finally reached someone January 2025 by signing up for a meeting as if I wanted to be a customer and explained to the person I spoke with what the issue was and he denied everything until I sent him emails proving they were a no call no show for the marketing event. He said he would look into things on their end and get back to me. This last conversation was in January 2025 and I have not heard back from him since. I have emailed and called and received no communication. He refused my refund and tried to get me to do a new platform they have and I refused. It has been over a year since this started. The lack of communication, accountabilty, and inability to reach anyone has left me feeling helpless with no recourse. I really wanted to support this business, but they do not care about us.

    An order for 10lbs of full spectrum sea **** was placed July 7th, 2024. Processing and shipping were delayed substantially due to unknown circumstances surrounding a "business model shift to wholesale, to which Uncolonized Sea Moss apologized to customers for the delay in a mass email before successfully shipping, and I had no complaint. The package arrived July, 31st to my controlled temperature, sanitary residence. Though upon opening, the entire 10lb order of sea **** was completely molded throughout, and far from properly dried as previously ordered large batches were. The entire 10lbs was packaged in little more than paper grocery bags in a cardboard box. Unlike the previous shipment, which was shielded from moisture by a plastic Hefty bag, and arrived in pristine condition. I was dismayed to say the least, having waited a month and having backed up demand for sea **** gel. The thick profusion of fuzzy white mold indicated a possible health risk of spore proliferation, so I contacted Uncolonized Sea Moss. They only list their email as a contact method on their website, however, they never have answered a single one of my emails for the past 2 years. I maintained customer loyalty however, because until recently they never failed to deliver sound product. I tried and failed to get a response from the direct contact methods provided, but when I found and messaged them on Instagram I finally got a reply from someone. I am not aware of the position of whom I managed to contact, but I showed them images and recordings of the product's condition. Upon seeing this, they immediately called me and verbally agreed to replace the shipment with a compensatory 5lbs added to the original order, and send someone to me to make the exchange. However, with many Instagram messages exchanged and arrangement details provided, no one ever came to replace the $315.00 order. For the entire 90 days+ since this happened they've ignored DM's and taken no action to set things right.

    I paid ****** for advertisement. i submited what was needed. I also emailed to make sure they received content needed. I received the email stating they did.i purchased the service in May 3rd. We buy black now Naspora hasn't provide me with an ad reel or any type of promotion. I even went on linked in an messaged the owner still no response.those isn't the only time I have had issue with them. I gave them another chance because the previous issue was over 2yrs ago.

    Ordered SAPO Authentic African sponge (2 For $20.97 including ***** on 03/02/2024. I recd order confirmation (#WBBT31439). Email advise that orders ship with ***** hours. I have contacted ,by email 3x only got one response (03/09/24) stating they were handling my order and there were delays due in their warehouse and nothin since.

    I recently purchased cleaning products from. We buy black incorporated on January 6th and have received no information since as to when the ship. Would actually be sent. I have contacted them multiple times through their email. To no real help or avail when I ask for tracking When I contacted them further through email. Their customer service was nonexisting .Send to half computer-generated answers. I have recently contacted them multiple times through email. Those emails, I am also what's attaching to this complaint. There has since been no attempt to resolve this issue. So I inform them that I was interested in getting a refund and all. I received was another computer generated answer.

    I made an online purchase from We Buy Black on December 30, *************************************** the amount of $153.40.I received a confirmation email immediately following the purchase which indicated the order would be process and shipped within 24 to 48 hours Since then I have not heard anything from them, nor have I gotten the usual email containing shipping/tracking information that I have gotten on previous orders.I have reached out to them multiple times via, email, through their "Contact Us" link on their website and on their social media site and they have not responded.It's been a month and I do not have the products that I ordered.I have asked them repeatedly in my attempts at contacting them to either ship me then products or refund my money and they have not responded in any fashion.I would prefer the products because I do like the product, but if they are unable or unwilling to ship me what I paid for then I need a full refund.

    I have been with We Buy Black since 2017 and never experience this problem. Since March 2022, I cant login into my account. They have switched to Shopify and I tried to login, but I get a message Unable to access We Buy Black. It looks like you don't have access to this store. Contact the store administrator for access.June 2022, I spoke to someone and he said to change my password. I did that, but I still cant get access to the store. Also, I sent an email about the problem. I received a response to my email that the company was having technical problems being experienced. Now, I called and emailed several times to contact someone, but they arent responding to the calls or emails.I paid my yearly subscription in January 2022 and I would like a refund. Also, to cancel my subscription since I cant access the account.

    On December 5, 2021, I ordered and paid for the "We Buy Black Starter Kit w/ FREE SHIRT Show Out ********* What I received was a small box that was poorly secured and arrived in a condition that was ... according to ******** "Received In Damaged Condition". They actually placed tape on the box that said this and I have the pictures to back that up. Also, MANY of the items I ordered and paid for were missing from the box and items that I did not order were included in the box. This tells me that I was shipped an incorrect order that was not properly secured. The contents that I DID NOT receive were the following ****) ******************* 8) Browndages 9) Natural Hiyy Deodorant 14) Sawaa's Aluminum Foil 16) Sawaa's Sandwich Bags (Quart)17) Sawaa's Freezer Bags (Gallon)00) FREE SHIRT (X-Large)The contents I received that I DID NOT order were the following ...A) Natural Hiyy Moisterizing *********** **************** Hiyy Exfoliating Sea ********************* Hiyy Detoxifying ******************** Kitchen Trash Bags (40 Bags)E) Uncolonized Sea **** Mint and ******** Wildcrafted East African Sea **** Soap The contents I received that were spilled inside the box were the following ****) Natural Hiyy Dish Soap (Cap was loose)I emailed them several times and got no response. I emailed ALL of their sites looking for them to resolve. I kept emailing and they continued ignoring me. After about two weeks (December 19, 2021), I emailed them again and got the following response ..."I'm sorry for this mishap and we most definitely seek to rectify this. Please email us at infoATwebuyblack.com. Make sure to include your name and order number. Thank you and sorry again for the mix up."Today is January 3, 2022. I have heard nothing back from them and have emailed them again today. It is ridiculous for a Black-owned business to be this incompetent. You say you want Black people to support you and when we do, you live down to the stereotype of a Black-owned business.

    I opened a merchant account and since the platform switched to Shopify, I have been unable to login to the account or access my sellers account/subscription since May. The website states that I do not have a subscription when the money is being deducted from my bank account and there's no way I can login to stop it. Nor does the website have a contact us option. I made a regular account and replied to the welcome email because it says it accepts replies but I have received no response. I need to cancel the recurring withdrawal from my account since according to their records, I am not a merchant and have no active subscriptions. I have been unable to access since May. So I am due a refund for my payment in June (06/1) and my payment in July (07/5), Thank you.

    I have contacted We Buy Black customer service several times asking them to cancel my account with them. They have never answered me and are still deducting money out of my account once a month. I need my account with them cancelled and they refuse to do so. Also, their website no longer offers customer service contact. I want my money back that they deducted.
