    I rented an apartment from this company from 1/21/22-03/20/23. Water is paid monthly that they include with rent. I just found out that they have sent me to collections for nonpayment of 2 months. I spoke with the rude collection agency and they insist I pay and I asked for proof that the usage was mine. What they do is split the cost with everyone in the building, I paid water for all 14 months. No one ever reached out to me until now about this collection which so feel is unfair and bad business. I have a copy of my payment ledger showing the monthly cost of rent + water
