    Just stay away!! Recently I had a flood in my apartment, I lived on the bottom floor and the top floor flooded so I had over an inch in my whole apartment. Ceiling was falling in, carpet ruined, water sitting in all light fixtures, flooring coming up and so much damage to my furniture. When I asked about moving apartments they told me give it 3 days it will be dry and good to go. I did not have electrity in my entire place, after fighting with them they finally allowed me to move apartments and that is where the real fun comes in. Lets just say they are awful with communication tried to charge me for anything and everything and have zero customer service, respect, or care for anyone at all. Save yourself time and a headache and just stay away!! If you email or call good luck getting a response back they ignored me for over a week when I told them I could not turn the ***** on in the new place (address was wrong on GA ***** end and when I asked for the meter number they gave me the gas meter) then charged me for not having it turned on in a timely manner after ignoring me. Just dont live here not worth it.

    I would run far away from this place if you enjoy having your money taken from you or being charged for fees without explanation. If you want to not get answers and have to **** people down. If you want to live in a molded infested apartment with paint to cover renovations. This place is HORRIBLE!!! **************** is trash, corporate is trash!!! Idk why they are still even leasing out apartments. There is better out here to live in. I would not recommend living here. If I could give them zero stars I would. They charge you for stuff & then when you ask for an explanation they say you are refusing to pay and try send you to collections. Sickening

    Was looking for a one bedroom apartment to live when visiting son in *******,** to avoid paying hotel fees as often as we visit.Came across The Pointe at canyon ridge..price within our budget.begin application process worked with and employee there..explained to her i was living in a different state and that i would have my son come to do walk thru and see if this apartment met our standards.Called on wednesday for son to do walk thru but was told by another employee that it wasnt possible because other employee was off until monday.my son met the employee monday to walk thru which he was not satisfied with his findings.he called me i said no thats not what i want..spoke with employee apr.11 about returning application fee was told no..but will have her community manager to return my call ,as of yet no call apr.13..everything listed was not true.no new floors,smelled awful and bathroom in bedroom.plus employee discredited my son knowledge of reading the amenties when i read the amenties while talking with him. Ive called corporate and waiting for a return call from corporate..Im very upset first because *** lost $300 and second i feel i was decieved.
